It's TRENbelievable! 1ifeblood's tren cycle

Hey gang! That's right...I'm running a low test / high tren 8 week cycle! Been doing a LOT of research over the past several months and now the time has come! I'm really just looking to recomp by adding some muscle and lowering bf. Here's the layout...

Week 1-4: Test P @ 15mg/day
Week 5-8: Test P @ 20mg/day
Week 1-8: Tren A @ 50mg/day
*There's a little extra tren so I may be upping dosage for the last couple weeks depending on sides

Support
Exemestane 12.5mg/day
Prami .25mg/day

PCT
Torem 100/75/50/25

That's the gist of it. I've got all my support supps and precautionary measures on hand. Diet will be clean clean clean! I'll be keeping calories at maintenance since tren is so good at utilizing nutrients more efficiently.

I'll throw up current measurements and pics on Sunday since this is when I'll consistently be doing it throughout my cycle.

On a serious note, why the 5mg a day increase in weeks 5-8? Is it a simple explanation like you've got enough for the laid out cycle?

Yep pretty much it. I've just got a little extra to play with. I'll also be bumping the tren to 65mg for the last 2 weeks.

Glad to have you here m'brotha! Since this is my first run of tren I felt a shorter experimental run made sense. Plus I don't want to change my composition so much that people question how I got there lol.

Needles...check. Alcohol pads...check. PCT and cycle support...check. Now I just need the goods and it's GO time!

I kept my cals at about a 300 deficit and was gaining weight my last run. About .3lb/week.

I did a 50/40/10 p/c/f
 
Tren is KNOWN for its nutrient efficiency. You can benefit more from less. My goal for this run is to recomp. More than anything I'm wanting to shed bf and maintain muscle. But from what I've read about tren, it's great at burning fat AND gaining muscle. I'm not looking for changes to be drastic...but enough to notice. :-)

That's why I feel keeping calories around maintenance will be perfect for my goals. Of course I'm going to be working out more intensely as tren tends to do that. But this will allow me to make changes to my routine to modify the results I'm getting instead of trying to manipulate calories/macros.

It's all experimental so I want to reduce the variables as much as possible.

What are you on about !
I'm asking what affects eating at just below maintenance does to your physique. !

As usually I bulk or cut at 500 above it below never at maintenance .

It's ok I'll forgive you and your friends ignorance
