Picking a prohormone

This is going to be my first cycle and I am looking for a good prohormone to put on like 15-20 lbs in a 4 week cycle. I was going to take xtreme mass by anabolic technology. People said that's not a good one for my first cycle. I would like some other suggestions about a good prohormone. Thanks

The standard recommendations for a beginner, although results would be much better with a 6 week run. The 2 I linked to are from IronFlex, a trusted and well reviewed brand if you search the forums here; and very well priced through Orbit.

You will need your cycle supports and PCT ( SERM included) before starting. Have you researched and planned for these?
 
I was planning on taking liver stabil by molecular nutrition for my liver and for my PCT I was going to take post cycle 3x by vital labs and I was going to take a SERM with that as well. Is that good? What SERM should I use?
 
Epi is good. That was my first and my gains were better than I expected! I was going to only do 4 weeks but you wont start to feel Epi until like week 3. I ended up doing 7 weeks. For my first one I did 30/30/40/40/50/60/50 I've always had some type of organ support and milk thistle on top of that. Maybe a little overkill but milk thistle is cheap and better safe than sorry! I dunno about the post cycle 3x as I've never tried that. I'm sure it will be ok. You should add some Erase too. I have always used Clomid 50/50/25/25 after epi. Also, you may want to add some hawthorne berry and preload a couple weeks before hand. Helps with BP.

That PCT you have sucks. Anything stronger than hdrol will need a SERM...

Where can I find Nolva and all the other supplements in the PCT. I'm sorry, I'm new to this type of PCT. I'm just very confused on the PCT part, can you explain what to take. When to take it. Like do I take them all at the same time after my cycle. Also where can I find all these products

You need to worry about more than just your liver on cycle. Get something that covers all your bases such as this:

For your other question The DAA could be from any brand or source, 3g is recommended.

Either get it in an all inclusive PCT supplement or very cost effectively in bulk such as this

So is the Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support, is that the only thing I would need to take for my on cycle. Will that product cover my liver enough? is that strong enough for the prohormone xtreme mass as well?

No, you should do it right. No shame in trying to; please don't ever base your decision on forum suggestions though, my own included.

Research your cycle.

But yes Cycle support is fantastic for covering all your bases. Additional liver support such as TUDCA would only really be considered with harsh compounds.
Read the write-up on the product.

Flip through some PH logs using the one you choose.

You need to read some past logs if you don't know this stuff. Ill help you out a little tho

Cycle assist youll take 4 caps twice a day

something like 8 am 1 cap hdrol, 1 pm 4 cycle assist, 6 pm 1 hdrol, 10pm 4 cycle assist. Its recommended to take hdrol and cycle assist 4 hrs apart because cycle assist interferes with absorption (not sure how true this is but I do it anyways)

take your fish oils with the h drol, it helps with absorption


daa just take 3g a day, any brand will do.

xtreme mass is msten, which is to strong for a beginner

I don't known why people say you won't feel Epi till week 3. I always feel it within the first week. Even get back pumps if I'm dosing 30-40.

no.. drop mass xtreme and go with epi, pmag, or hdrol
 
I know I shouldn't start with Xtreme mass I just put that there bc it's between that and H-Drol. So don't focus on that just the support and everything, thanks

Id go with animal flex over super cissus. Add erase 3rd week if your doing xtreme mass which I wouldn't recommend you do. maybe a test booster in pct but so far its not bad
 
I really wanna make sure I do it right so would a test booster with all the other pct stuff be good? let's say I take the xtreme mass if that matters
 
Ignore the comment regarding creatine. Use it throughout the cycle as well there is no reason not to.

I would suggest a multivitamin and fish oil on cycle. You will for sure want to add in bulk taurine to prevent back pumps.

The cycle supports are typically run throughout PCT as well.
 
So for dosing on all these supplements should I just follow the instructions they give me or is there anything specific I need to know about how to do it? Like when to take it and how much? For the pct and in cycle.

forgot to add in cycle supports through pct. Why would you take creatine through the cycle it probably wont do much where as in pct you need the extra boost?

You say in week 5-8 PCT of choice. What would be a good PCT to use? Would post cycle x3 by vital labs work? If I take that would I need to take a test booster with that as well
