TGR's Cheetos Chraining

191.2 this morning. Within a pound of were I was at two weeks ago. Softer, though.

Hopefully I won't do any junk foods today.
 
So, this one hurt a little. For whatever reason, they gave me less meds. I was awake enough to where they had me moving my eye in certain directions mid-surgery

He did something at the end that hurt so bad they had to send me upstairs to see if my lens was cracked.

Oh well, all good now.

I'll check in later. Nap and eat kinda day.

The last 5 min of surgery and 45 min post were horrible, but definitely smooth sailing since.

191.2 this morning....

If this eye is anything like the last, my eyesight will get better with each day. At the moment, I don't see any blood in the new eye.

I'll look at calories for yesterday later. Wife made me some chicken, bean, sriracha, onion, and mushroom burritos yesterday. There may have been a snickers bar also. Or two.

I'm pretty sure I didn't cross 2500 cals, but my macros are no doubt fat and carb heavy. Gonna dial those in a little more today, and definitely back to normal tomorrow. Well, more normal, anyway.

Wife leaves to go out of town tomorrow thru Wednesday, and my diet rarely ever gets outta whack when she isn't home. Des going to cook me up some chicken today, and I have sleeves of spinach and ______ chicken sausages to snack on too.

Anyway, headed to the doc here shortly, and I'll catch up on you guys' logs later on. Reading is easier now that one eye isn't completely shut, but it's practically useless right now anyway.

Thanks Pete. The burritos were yummy. I can tell that I have a little bloat from my diet the last two days. It doesn't help that my water intake yesterday was probably >1/3g.
 
Eye check-up went well today. Apparently, from what they said today, they lowered my meds because I was so calm the first time. They had a "stand-by" shot, but because I didn't react to the pain until after it was over they never gave it to me.

Forgive me for not squirming when I had a blade in my eye.

All is good though, and after all the docs took turns look at my eye today because it's so rare someone my age has cataracts, I was allowed to bow out and go home. I'm sitting around 1500 cals right now and will try to stay inmy limit.

I have some yummy meals planned for the next several days. Wife left me with a load of tomatoes, a LOAD of thai chicken stir fry, some cauliflower (to mash), peppers, Onion Pita's, brussel sprouts, etc.

All to myself.

I just have to be careful with the stir fry noodles.

Oh, yeah, chicken asiago spinach sausage, too.

Weight was 194.0 this morning. But, I was backed up a couple days worth of BM's.

So, still cooking and meal prepping. After that I may have an Apple Cider Beer by the pool and do some reading or something. Assuming the weather doesn't turn.

I'm bored...

I might get some of that for times like these. I usually do not have BM issues unless something changes drastically in my diet/activities. This time it was the surgery.

Cheap price for that bottle, that's going on my next order.

The sausage is great, and it's relatively low cal/fat (160/9). For sausage, anyway.

Cauliflower is mashed. In the past is add olive oil, maybe some almond milk or butter, to try and get the consistency like creamy mashed potatoes. This time I just sprayed a little Pam on it with pepper.

It looks like it may rain again. The activities I'm allowed right now are pathetic. I'm over TV. I think I've seen every COPS show in the last two days.

You really couldn't have picked a better time, assuming it doesn't rain. It's been beautiful, and it's not miserably hot yet.
