TGR's Cheetos Chraining

Well, it's put into the biscuit after it's made.

Wait, you've never had a chicken biscuit??? I dunno if I'm supposed to blame Canada, hippies, or just yankees in general.

No never had one. I do not think there is anything like that in Canada so blame your 'yankees'.

Good news: Doc says there is nothing to worry about with the blood in the eye. Bad news: I have already consumed 2 chicken biscuits and am consuming a large amount of fried rice. More bad news: This is probably the best fried rice I have ever had. More good news: There is some chicken in the rice. At least 2 ounces... and an egg...

All good news to me

Well, no counting today. Are like crap when I got home too. It wa an "I don't give a f***" kind of day.

No way I was under 500g carbs. Fats were probably 100-150g.

I honestly don't remember the last time I was this bloated.

Good times.

I took a magnesium and a niacin in hopes to assist in sleep. I usually sleep crappy when I eat crappy.

I'm also considering going back into IF while I'm not training. One if the reasons I stopped it was because I just couldn't eat enough in an 8 hour window. Now, that may be perfect. My hunger doesn't seem to kick in until after I eat my first meal anyway.

So, fast starting now, ending at 1200. I will allow for coffee and the little splashes of almond milk I use in my AM coffee.

Man, I'm cranky today.

Me too. And damn man hope you are getting back in the gym and both surgerys went well. Some crazy lookin stuff.

Thanks Country. The second surgery is next week, and I think I'm in good hands with the doc I have.

Good to hear my man. I hope it goes well! You'll be back at it and happy before you know it!

When they did the surgery.. i realize they freeze the eye but it must be weird (is it all done by laser or actually cutting?)

They gave me an eye drop and two injections. The rest I don't remember.

I went with the cutting. It was an additional $1600/eye for the laser, ad the added stigmatism benefit of the laser wasn't needed (at this time).

When I had surgery on my arm a few years ago the anesthesiologist gave me a shot in my neck and that's all I remember except a moment or two under the lights. The story is, according to my wife, that the doc told her that the anesthesia was very strong and he's heard it all while using it. Trying to "one-up" the stories, supposedly I told him that I had a bomb in my butt. Thank God he didn't believe me.

Eeesh injections in the eye...

And i won't even quote edit that one...

Eeesh injections in the eye...
Oh. No. No no.

The injections were in my arm. Unless they injected something in my eye that I don't remember. They must've done something other than just drops for a local, but I don't recall.

Sitting at about 750 calories so far with 4 hours remaining. This is why this 'diet' is perfect. I may go fewer than 2100 because of yesterday, or I may hit it. Dunno. Don't know if I have the carb sources available.

Yesterday's cals were 2,123 with 160/223c/63 and 19g fibers.

I had some homemade chicken soft tacos last night to give me the calorie push.

I think imma have some adult beverages today and enjoy the weather outside.

I'm not allowed to do any yard work other than spray weeds, which I already did, and I've had it with laundry.

So, on to regretting tomorrow what I can accomplish today!

Well, I think I'll wait a couple more hours, but you know what I mean.

Monday I'm gonna get up early and go do some slight-incline jogs at the gym. Maybe some bar only presses and BW squats.

Hugh? Isn't it too early to be lifting? Even light lifts increase BP. Not trying to be critical but you want to be safe brother.

Yes, but my intentions are not to lift for an increase in BP, just to stay limber/flexible. Like stretching.

I was told that I could do light jogging after the first week if all went well, but I held off because my eye is still holding blood. I was told Friday that it will go down with time...

I do have an appointment Monday morning, so maybe I'll just do some light walking and see what they say.

Glad to hear the bloody eye is no big deal brother. Not trying to hate, but don't you think the splashes of almond milk will partially interfere with the results of the intermittent fasting? Like isn't the point to keep the body in the catabolic, burning state started at bedtime/after everything is digested?

Yeah, it's possible/probable. I'm not as concerned about actually using the IF model to cut fat as I am to just not gain or eat in excess while I'm not working out.

Not eating before noon makes it near impossible for me to eat above, or even at, maintenance.

IF isn't something I would keep after starting to lift again. My workouts were way better when introducing carbs PWO.

Woot! Get to log Combustion by BPS coming off recovery:

What a swell thing to do!

Going to put my order in for Stimul8 and a couple other things next week. It clumped a little last time so I didn't want it sitting while I was out. Maybe Orbit will have it by then...

Diet and whatnot later. My BMR is between 1850-1950, and my "couch potato" TDEE is 2230. Need to stay in that range the last of these weeks off.

I spend a good amount of time on my feet though, at home and at work. But still...

Calories will end at 2,111 if I have a cup of milk before bed. I née to drink that gallon up, but I'm so dang full. I didn't take enough calories to work today so I ate 2 cups of rice for dinner, along with tilapia, chicken, and brussel sprouts.

232p/227c/25f and 27g fibers.

Tenacity wins the race. Holding to the plan! Nice job.

Tilapia and chicken... gotta love the variety bro

It taste good. Ate the fish before anything else because I was worried it wouldn't go well with the other stuff.

Slept almost 8 hour again last night and felt like I could've slept way more. I hope the adjustment period isn't too bed when I have to start getting up early again.

Starting to get excited about surgery. Not because of the surgery, but because it's the halfway point.

I went with baking my broccoli this week and it's sooo good. I used olive oil, salt and pepper, and baked it only for a few minutes. I'm going to try butter flavored Pam next time like I do with the brussel sprouts. The raw broccoli was ok, but I actually look forward to this.

I miss the 8 hour sleep nights. I am afraid to stop taking my sleep meds, don't want to lose the 4 hours that I get

Surely there ha to be a way to slowly ween off of them, and to sleep normally again?

Ending calories will be 1,952 with 203p/181c/45f and 31g fibers.

Good to see u roughing it out at the low macro intake. Mines not back as high as I'd like right now but taking what I can get lol. Hopefully recovery is speedy and well

Thanks man. If I can make it through this next weekend where I'll be spending a lot of time on the couch again, I'll be good to go diet-wise.

Only two weeks left from tomorrow!

I'm just going to stop all meds. What's the worst that can happen?
I will text you my list of daily meds, you will be blown away. Most docs I see agree that I am taking way more than necessary, and I don't see any benefit to any of them.

What is your next workout program? i need some motivation and a cyber workout partner. I don't like working out with people because I can't stand to wait.

I'm in the same boat. My medicine cabinet looks like a start up firm for wal greens. I take. 0% of it and am good. Med school Psh....doctors are dumb.

Rarely can you find a Medical Professional that actually practices 'medicine' without jumping straight to medications.
They make so much money from the pharm industry though by slinging their chemical brain pills.

None of the meds do any good?

The only non-vitamin I take is Wal-tin (allergy). Hopefully I'll eventually find soaps/detergents thy don't make me itch.

I'm going to restart the Mountain Dog program. I have the first 3-4 weeks loaded in Jefit already if you just want to download it. You'd still need to go over his instructions though.

Not sure why my multi-quote isn't working in chrome anymore..anyone else have this problem?

I am not sure I would stop everythin cold turkey... like your brother said might be better to ween off.

Glad to see you are enjoying it so much.

When you want the Reactive Pump document that I consolidated let me know! I am really enjoying it thus far - and it is good for 12 weeks.
