I'm doing my first show next month and can't seem to find a posing coach I'm located in newark nj. Anyone willing and available to help

I'm in ny, bunch of people here to help. You can contact a few of them a d travel 1-4x a month

Correct posing makes a difference.


Different ways to contract your abdominals makes a huge difference

Back pose is pretty easy to nail. So are the quarter turns (side pose) but front is tricky to hit it all at the same time for what the judges want
