T levels / Alphamax

I recently went to a fertility clinic as my wife and I are trying to conceive and my T came back at 358, free at 64.6 It's in the "normal" range, but on the “low” end. I think? Is that a correct assessment? I’m also 37 yrs old. I started taking Alphamax and was wondering if it would be a good product to help boost those levels, opinions?

I’m not concerned about fertility at this point (long story short we went IVF route)…but after seeing those numbers I felt they were a little low and thought I could use a boost. Maybe I shouldn't care, but I see some other levels and get a bit jealous lol

With your first paragraph i was a little worried but after reading your second paragraph i think it makes more sense. In no way do we recommend you use Alphamax to treat, cure or pervent any medical condition and with that in mind i wouldnt be using Alphamax as a TRT replacement.

However on the other hand with no medical issues involved, if your simply looking to just boost testosterone as you feel your levels may be on the low end or your looking to increase performance/athleticism then yes i think Alphamax would be a great option! Alphamax uses proven ingredients at clinical dosages with a full-non prop blend so you know exactly what your getting, even the often over looked ingredients like 4000iu Vitamin D3/day can have a greatly positive impact on natural testosterone production.

haha yeah maybe I worded that poorly....I've been to the DR and don't have any medical issues as far as I can tell...simply looking for a little boost even if I fall into the "normal" range. Sorry for the confusion!

Good answer. In other words, don't expect huge increases in test from an OTC supplement. They work by optimizing the body's ability to produce T rather than providing an exogenous source of testosterone; that means that if you have physiologically low T production, Alphamax may help increase output but it will be limited by the body's ability to produce test.

Alphamax is a great option for increasing overall mood as well.

Thanks, yes I have realistic expectations for sure. I have 2 bottles of alphamax coming my way already as it is b/c of the feedback.

Thoughts on my levels though? Are they really low? I don't know how that stacks up to other late 30's males really. I know my DR said they were within normal range, but it seems like such a broad range to me. Not that I'm doubting the DR, I guess I just wish it was a bit higher.

The range is broad as it generally is used for all Adults (ranging from the young to the not-so-young). So there will be huge differences between a 20 year olds T levels vs. an 50 year olds. I don't see enough Bloodwork to gauge what is the norm but I do think that many men have low T due to their Diet and other lifestyle factors.
