Well I respect the fact that your honest and can admit you don't train legs much because you don't like it. Most people make up excuses about a bad back or knees when in fact they're not being true to themselves. Annnd I'll leave it at that. Lol. Edit: and I know there's people out there with serious issues that make squatting/deadlifting impossible, but for everyone 1 of those there's a 100 more that make up lame excuses.
I think squats are awesome. Did them for rugby in HS. Slim fitting jeans elongates your body (srs)
also, I'm not entirely natty...my legs would blow up fast if I started training them hard. Lol
IMO you shouldnt worry about how much you can bench, squat, and deadlift unless you are a powerlifter.
I agree. Although for progressive overload purposes I will pay attention to the weight. Typically though I'm working on increasing the # of reps for progressive overload
