What do you guys think of the brown sugar maple oatmeal cookie protean that iforce came out with!? I had to put my app in for that flavor and a full tub of protein!

225+ on squats are getting easier. It's helping that I'm doing normal squats one day, recovering and then bench squats another day. With Flexible working like it does I have no knee problems to hinder me going heavier and I'm slowly moving up in weight which is what I want to do with squats

One of the best arm workouts I've had in a long time! My arms looked huuugge! I can't even say enough for flexible and what it has done for my lifting. I can go as heavy as I want and not have to worry about ANY joint pain/discomfort. I'm only on 4 caps. The first week I did the recommended 8 caps and then after that I dropped it down. Great supplement and it should be a staple in anyone's supp regimen. I know this log is coming to an end probably within a week but I hope all you guys who followed along will follow my new log as well.

Man I wish I could do barbell or ezbar curls. It aggravates tendonitis in my elbow really bad though!

Awesome workout! Was pushing some weight that I haven't done in a long time. The flat DB press with 105's I think is a PR for getting up with no spotter. I was in the zone and didn't want to stop but I started to get hungry:)
 
Thanks man, I felt super strong today. Only have 2 weeks left of my run and the mgs are pretty high right now so I think the epi is in full force right now!

I know what you mean. I'm splitting up my leg days and I throw in calves in between sets on both days. Makes it kind of easy to remember
