Ok, it's not like I decided to just outdo last week's DL's.
This is still a pr though.
405x6
must've been the iphone, not good with picking up direct sound, they tend to pick up all sounds in the room and balance them.Did it just sound silent or are you actually able to lay down 405 silently every rep?
Are you saying I went to full lockout or should have?Good pullin! I watched the last vid you posted as well, and these actually look much better! Full lockout and better back(just being picky). Nicely done!
i was saying that your lifts at 405 look much better than the one you posted at 315. Better control and better lock out at the top.Are you saying I went to full lockout or should have? Also, confused on the "better back". I don't mind constructive criticism, so if there's something you saw, lemme know. (seriously) I did my best to come to full upright, as I really don't want to move into hyperextension with previous back issues.
touch n go is fine if form stays tight, hip height is individual, just look at Rich "Ant" Hawthorn...hips high as fük, holds world record in his weight class.>don't touch and go >sit hips lower when starting >more leg/hip drive >fully lockout

if you subscribe to his YouTube channel, dude answered back a question of mine in about 2 hours!! His form is different than how a lot of big dudes lift, but he's 135lbs lifting 600+....I'll take his adviceNot that I mirror his form but I do watch his videos for tips. I'd obviously need a firsthand critique from him to truly know wherei stand

sorry, I use my phone too. Just search him on YouTube, I'm pretty sure his channel is the first one. If not, look on animal pak's channel, he's on there too. Great stuffLink? I'm a little lazy and on my phone right now. Close to throwing it from all the damn autocorrections.
touch n go seems to be a big debate I see with a lot of guys. Your opinions??Scratch the touch and go, keep the bar closer to your body, and keep your shins more vertical. Your arms are relatively short for your frame and you'll be more bent at the hips because of this.

i gathered that, just wondering why? Is it because you feel the probability of bad form is higher, or just not a fan?Reset each rep, especially if using a DL bar.
