ECY Stack - The plan

I will start Monday this stack for 5 weeks, not first timer.
This is how I'm used to plan it

Week 1
EPH: 12.5mg 3x
Yohimbine HCL: 5mg tid
Caffeine: 200mg morning+1coffee preWO

Week 2
EPH: 25mg+12.5+12.5
Yohimbine HCL: 5mg tid
Caffeine: 200mg morning+200mg preWO+1coffee in the evening

Week 3+
EPH: 25mg tid
Yohimbine HCL: 5mg tid
Caffeine: 200mg tid






Would you make any change?
 
looks good. I would after the 4th week swap out your stack for either dexaprine or alphamine. run that for a month then return to this stack after that if needed.
 
Do you take your ec stack pre workout.. Just my first bronkaid today to test it out with my body with no caffeine was gonna take one bronkaid with a cup a coffee pre workout. What's your take. Everything I read has mixed opinions

If you're taking E pre-workout, you can drop the caffeine dose as your pre-workout / coffee will be considered the caffeine (as long as it's not stim free).

Ok thanks tomorrow I got a push day so I was gonna take one bronkaid with halfscoop game day and 6 grams of citrulline malate.

game day is strong even at 1/2 scoop. Just be safe :) as long as you can do ecy it should be ok though. Ecy is too much for me

I'm just doing ec for now. The op is doing the ecy and I would like to know it goes for him. I might want to add the yombine HCl towards the end.

Didn't mean tobjack the thread by the way. Loving this foroum seems like all the guys are great here

Thanks. I decided not to take the game day . I took a half of a dose with a cup of coffee before my work out. I had to stop lifting got a pounding migraine. Anybody experience this. I stopped the ec cycle immediately.

Also I'm just about finished with a ph stack don't know if thy could have any effect on it.

Like I said decided to come off the ec and might try again after my ph and pct protocol.

Have you checked blood pressure. Ph elevate blood pressure without the right supports and even then can still be an issue. Ec can also raise Bp. That would be my guess

Like I said came off it feel better. Might try it again on its own in a month or two
