Where do you guys get your supplements and what would you recommend for a first timer to cycling? I've tried to play it cool with dudes at the gym to try to establish a person to buy from but haven't had any luck
 
Well if you're an actual first-timer, like not even once before, you're probably going to have to do the whole training wheels and everything. If you've cycled years ago, even just once or twice, you should be OK to get right back on it. It comes back quick. You know the old saying, "its like riding a bike."
