Advice on Calories during supplement month break...

Hi guys, I just start my first week of my break from supplements and I will be taking month off of the stims and such like erase pro. Only supplements I'm thinking of taking is a isolate whey protein (BSN syntha 6 isolate) and maybe taking some creatine mono but I might give that a break as well, not sure about the creatine.

Stats:
Age 25
Weight 173lbs
Height 5'11
BF: 10-12% (Mainly in the lower ab area)

According to the BMR calculator im at 1881 kcal per day.

Your Average RMR is 1944 Calories per day. (RMR Calculator)

My question is, what should be my goal in macros and also how many calories should I have consumed out of the total by 6pm which is the time I go to the gym after work? I ask this because for the last two days I don't feel as strong or as full of energy to workout compared to when I was taking Alphamine and my other supplements. Any other advice in regards to food choices and also macro ratios will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
Yeah, I took erase pro before they started changing the formulas and i can tell you once you get off you wont be AS solid or AS strong as when you're on it.
Honestly it just depends whether you want to eat more to lift heavier(Possibly lose some definition)/ or keep your calories/macros where they're at to maintain until you get on another run of what ever you're planning on taking. Its really hard to say lol, you dont take anything as a pre work out when you take off or?
 
Yea, i dont ever stop taking stims lol, which is bad long term, but you gotta do what ya gotta do. I mean what ratios do you usually get the best results as far as maintenance goes? For me for example when i cut i start at 2300 calories 50% protein 29% carbs, 21% fats. Its a bit high in protein but its what ive gotten results from so i cant really say much about it. Also macros aside i do intermittent fasting year round soooo i've pretty much out of touch with the whole 5-6 meals a day routine.
 
Right now I'm planning on taking hemavol and focus XT caffeine free as my pre-workout.

you might want to add some MCTs to your daily fat intake and then I also I recommend you use some tt-33 and Pl-Car during this phase of your diet. this should allow you to stay pretty lean and moving towards your summer physique.
 
What R1pp said. A healthy fat like MCT is GREAT! I loved using it when I went into a cut. And as you are going stim free TT-33 is right up your alley.

Thanks! I'll look into purchasing some MCT's. Quick question, is this just used to as more healthy fats to a diet kinda like Fish oil caps?? Thanks
