Ok, i think you could get away with more in all seriousness. I started my cut at like 2500 cals at 250lbs. I bumped up to roughly around 3k-i was maybe 242 when i bumped 3 weeks ago. as of this morning after i pooped i was 224. i know a bit is water. a bit is glycogen. but since my diet was fairly clean to begin with i cant say that it all was. and the mirror doesnt lie... cant give exacts on everything that i've been doing, as i've paid for these services and well honestly, its proprietary. But, when i bumped to 3k my fat loss SERIOUSLY accelerated. i mean big time. maybe try bumping to around 2300 to start on lift days and leave 2k on non lift days or something along those lines IF your willing to try. Maybe even 2500/2300. obv what you're doing is working for you ATM so i wouldnt say you absolutely have to, nor would i ever say that. just a mere suggestion, thought out loud if you will. it may help immensely, you may get fat on it. :shrug:
