They are coming don't worry. I'm busy as fuk today. I wanna hit back before I take em. My coach wants them at the end of the day so I am full. My last ones earlier this week were dry in the AM.

Pics are always full and videos dry unless he asks differently. Don't know why but he gets what he wants and I become a monster
 
Ok, i think you could get away with more in all seriousness. I started my cut at like 2500 cals at 250lbs. I bumped up to roughly around 3k-i was maybe 242 when i bumped 3 weeks ago. as of this morning after i pooped i was 224. i know a bit is water. a bit is glycogen. but since my diet was fairly clean to begin with i cant say that it all was. and the mirror doesnt lie... cant give exacts on everything that i've been doing, as i've paid for these services and well honestly, its proprietary. But, when i bumped to 3k my fat loss SERIOUSLY accelerated. i mean big time. maybe try bumping to around 2300 to start on lift days and leave 2k on non lift days or something along those lines IF your willing to try. Maybe even 2500/2300. obv what you're doing is working for you ATM so i wouldnt say you absolutely have to, nor would i ever say that. just a mere suggestion, thought out loud if you will. it may help immensely, you may get fat on it. :shrug:

I've got time so ill bump slow and take it day by day. Appreciate the advice. Always learning. And always trying to sway my aggressive nature that allows me to torture myself with strict diet programs ha. Gotta learn to slow it down

By increasing calories slowly every week you allow your body to adapt. This will prevent storage of fat. You would be surprised at how many calories you can cut on. You just need to train ypur bodies metabolism just like you do muscles.

I find about 200-250 a week is manageable for most people. Increases usually are equal you calorie split. So say you eat a 40/40/20 diet. Your calories increase by those percentages.
 
On another note about calorie bumping. If I was cruising and getting ready for a bulk blast I would start bumping calories 4 weeks from start date. That way by the time cycle starts I'm well into a surplus. Maintain that for a few weeks. The gap between meals that I feel hungry are were I look to add calories. If I am waking up hungry I know I need more fats before bed and mid day.

Example-
Say meal 3 is eaten around 11am and meal 4 is at 130pm. By 1pm I'm hungry. I would look to add a few extra carbs and maybe fats like almonds in there at meal 3 to hold me over. It may only be another 1/3 cup rice but it pays.

After cycle starts in a surplus of calories you should really be adding to individual meals in small increments. Starting pre and post workouts.

Cutting is practically the same thing just reverse.

I'm more of a three hours type of Guy, four if I feast.

More like 2. I don't feast because it takes to long to digest. My meals are already big. By eating that often I am able to eat a ton and not distend my gut.

Edit* on the cal drop its more than 2 hours now.
 
For work purposes I have to eat about every 2, regardless of my goals, which is fine with me because I love to eat. Also makes cutting harder tho because I don't really have the advantage of being able to drop a meal - everything just has to get smaller portions.

Odd for me it's for work purposes sometimes I can't eat for long periods of time so I have to eat large meals.
 
I feel pretty blessed my work sched is set up the way it is, 7-3:30. I eat bfast about 6:30, first break is 9:30, lunch at 11:30, & last break is 2pm. Then another meal at 4:30-5pm preworkout, then a post shake & another meal in the evening.

I'm almost identical except I usually do 6-2:30. Eat at 6:30, 9:30, 12, workout at 3, pwo shake around 4:15, dinner at 5:30, pre bed shake/meal around 8:30

I'm right there with you dude, every 2 hours I am eating a nice clean meal. At 1.5 hours I start to get hungry. Eating every 2 hkurs is the way I can get all my calories in.

Or PA where it snows 6-10" every. single. night. The trenper tantrums while shoveling snow/ice and falling in my driveway at 5am are nearly out of control. My neighbors have to think I murder people and they live like 250yds away.

I hear you. Normally I don't mind but this winter has been long, cold, snowy, and generally miserable. I'm only happy at the gym.

Ok so I went and ran some errands. Decided to hit the tanning bed today and this is the story...

I show up and the bed I use is in use. So I decide to wait. The girl using it gets out and leaves then the girl who works there goes and cleans it. I go in get naked and hop in the bed for 12 minutes. About 6-7 minutes in.. my fukin back and ass are on fire. I assume they changed some bulbs and that was it. I was sweating like a mofo. My 12 minutes wraps up and I get dressed.. but my ass, back of my legs and back are burning like hell. I go to the bathroom and look. My back is as red as a fukin fire truck! I storm out (tren kicks in) and find the girl working there. I'm like look at my fuking back! She's like omg I'm so sorry the girl before me I guess used some special lotion that burns you and tingles. You only tan for 6 minutes with this stuff... I did 12 on my back. The girl working kept apologizing and saying she thought she cleaned it good enough and so on....

My ass looks like a fukin baboons hahahaha. I will snap pics after lifting. My coach thinks this is hilarious.

I was so excited for pics that I nicked a vein. Didnt hurt much but the blood went flying into the barrel and then running down my arm ha... then the fuking tren cough.

Tomorrow is my last inj for my second cycle and this is the first time its happened... Thanks a lot Dave. Noodz better be worth it.
