Staying lean while bulking.

I would honestly just say to watch your caloric intake, as fat gains whilst in a caloric surplus are nearly inevitable.

That being said, for large cheat meals, EvoMuse Defuse may be of assistance. I haven't used it, but check out the write up.

Defuse is good.
 
Keep foods lean. And you can only eat a small surplus. If you ate a 200 calorie surplus that would be great for staying lean and bulking slow. That's really it, the bulk will be slower but in the end you'll have less fat to cut away

You can gorge and supplement accordingly pretty damn successful for a couple week at very high over maintenance I've found when you separate fats and carbs

Using specific herbs for the fat meals and others for the carb meals

I've got it almost down to a science lol

I would be interested in a fat specific GDA, to work in conjunction with a carb-specific one for different meals.
