My cutting stack

I have a 12 week cut planned out. I'll be eating at a 500cal deficit with 1g protein/lb bodyweight and adequate fats and carbs. I have the current supps: Alphamine, Alpha T2 and Forskolin 95. I have enough of each for a 12 week run. I've never used any of these products before. What can I expect out of this? Can I run Alphamine/AlphaT2 for 12 weeks consecutively?

Also im not sure if this counts, but i'll be using abyss unparalleled as a sleep aid for the duration of the cut. I run bulk alcar for cognitive purposes as well. Would these help as well?

As Im not the most in depth individual hopefully these threads can add a little more insight to the above mentioned products. At 12 weeks thats kinda a long haul but Id hold the F-95 for the last 8 weeks. Hopefully others will chime in and set ya on the correct path but these links were found in 5mins so try the same in the search and choose which schemes seem to fit ya best. This ? in particular has been observed several times by our most seasoned members as you will soon see.
 
How much forskolin 95 do you have?

We recommend running Alphat2 and Alphamine for 8 weeks followed by a 4 week break. If you wanted to run something 12 weeks I'd go F-95 all 12 weeks and then add AlphaT2 and Alphamine for the final 8 weeks.

Abyss UP would stack fine with these and I've the addition of ALCAR to my Alphamine. :)
 
I have 6 bottles of Synthetic supps F95, which is enough for 12 weeks, I think.

yeah my biggest concern is the fact that I shouldn't be using Alphamine/AT2 for past 8 weeks consecutively. Is it just for stim tolerance or is there another reason behind that?
 
Run Alphamine, forsk 95 and at2 for 8 weeks

After the 8 weeks continue the forsk and add xgels or some Anabeta :-)
 
You could stagger the supps like this

Wk 1-4 alphamine
Wk 5 add in alpha t2
For the forskolin its best run for a full 12 weeks.

Since you have never run any of them i would suggest you use only one in case you have adverse effects you know which product is causing it.

So would something like this work:

week 1-4: alphamine + forskolin
week 5-8: alphamine + at2 + forskolin
week 9-12: at2 + forskolin

Or should I just stick with:

Week 1-8: alphamine + at2 + forskolin
week 9-12 : nothing
 
I wouldnt..... if anything your body will adapt and the effects of the supps will more than likely diminish

And plus your only supposed to run alphamine and at2 for a maximum of 8 weeks. And like i said earlier since you have never run either of them you need to stagger the start of them in case you have adverse effects; you know which supp is causing it.
