Okay so I've been planning this cycle for awhile and the time has finally come to start. Here is what it looks like.

Cycle;
Epi Smash~ Weeks 1-6 @ 4caps e/d (AM & PM Split Dosing)
Super-Trenabol ~ Weeks 3-6 @ 3caps e/d (AM & PM Split Dosing)
Gear Support ~ Weeks 1-6 @ 2caps e/d (AM Dosing)

PCT;
Nolva ~ Weeks 7-10 @ 20/20/20/20 (AM Dosing)
Gear Support ~ Weeks 7-10 @ 2caps e/d (AM Dosing)
Eradicate ~ Weeks 11-14 @ 3caps e/d (Morning, Noon & Night Split Dosing)

I currently weigh about 202lbs at about 14% BF

My diet will either be 3700cal = 335p, 305carb, 110fat OR
3000cal = 305p, 190carb, 110fat

Ill be lifting 5 days a week. Body part a day and doing cardio 4-6 times a week depending on time.

Would love any suggestions on Diet and cardio
Will try to post progress
Starting 2/17/14

Would really love to hear from people who have ran similar cycles and what their diets were like and the results they got
I've taken super tren and seen decent gains I had bad side effects with it. The sides I had night sweats and major back pumps. Overall good product. U have a good plan setup for u. Id cut the cardio to 2 days. Then steadily increase the cardio to a 2 day high intensity cardio. So that 2 slow pace cardio and 2 high intensity cardio if u don't mind doing cardio. I personally (cuz I hate cardio) would just stick to the 2 high intensity cardio sessions due to the fact that if u worked out with major intensity ud have a better chance burning calories while training than slow pace cardio

Really enjoying the Epismash so far. This is day Four I started this past Sunday. No real sides to speak of yet. good pump in the gym nothing great, but my endurance seems to be going up. I don't want to leave the gym. Of course im using Blackstones Angel Dust as well so that may be a factor. Toniht ill be doing back and my lower back has been playing havoc with me so im praying for a good workout with no injurues

How's your cycle going? I'm thinking of running this exact same cycle soon. I'm def about to run epi smash but can't make up my mind if I wanna stack the tren too.

Hi gentlmen. I am new to the forum. I am 220 lbs currently with a 390 lb bench press prior to starting epismash cycle. Typical preworkouts and supplements9vitamins/etc/food) was my thing prior to the interest in getting some assistance to go to the next level. Just so sum up the facts...I always focused on pyramid style lifting to get to 1 rep max, then would break down some to rep out for tons of volumes on most movements in the gym. Getting stronger(as strong as most guys already running multiple cycles) and now focused on looking much better. Problem area is belly fat. Getting water and diet in check now.
Stack now: DHA 500+2 krill oil, Optimen Vitamins, 2000mg VitaminD, 2000mg Vit C, GNC Triflex, MilkThistle(300 mg with 750 mg of Tumeric per serving)(2 per day)(sometimes I run 3), FiberOne - fiber. for post cycle, I am going to utilize PCT IV(maybe 2 months), USP labs Test Powder(DAA), and continued nutiritional support(vitamins, etc). Does this appear to cover the basis. 35 years of age with pretty good strength, just not a strong core. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments regarding side effects or possible fat loss?

P.S. In Day 6 of epismash. Feeling like I just want to get to the gym. Have some hardness and back pumps/spasms, but I have tightness in back now due to weak core. No side effects to really report. Hitting chest tonight and will respond with how things went. Thanks in Advance for any comments, suggestions, support.

Epismash is delivering eneygy and endurance. Some lethargy, but the gym is is the awakening factor each day...
