Putting Formutech's Flexible to the Test!

Took a couple of days off as I wasn't feeling the best and figured I'd give my old bones a break lol. Back at it today with chest and will hit shoulders tonight. Joints were a little stiff but warmed them up fairly quickly.

Damn. Regie that is some volume bro. I'd be crying. I ve trying to gain mass for the last 6 months and steady sticking to the 6-8 rep range with a drop or to exhaustion set. So my reps have been pretty much on the low average side. But size has came decent this year.

I'm kinda rotating back and forth....high volume, short rests for a couple of weeks then low reps heavier weight for a couple. Was kind of at a plateau so wanted try switch it up.

Reggie working the bag. Great cardio. Use to do 30 min with another guy. We would do 1 min on 1 min off trading out with just punches for 10 minutes and then 2 on/ 2 off with kicks and elbows. Exhausting and soaked when done.

Oh my! That sounds like awesome! It makes me want to buy a bag for my basement

My blood sugar dropped shortly after we finished for some reason. Could've been due to skipping lunch and training instead. I drank 16oz of juice and was feeling fine in a matter of minutes.

It was really cool getting to train with my brother over the last couple of days. He has a pretty sweet set up. Just wished he lived closer.

Weight is still at 173, joints felt great!!

Haha, definitely the headache and confusion!!

In all seriousness, I don't get headaches. But: shaky, I see spots, and feel funny sometimes. Once I eat it goes away. Tested neg for diabetes though.

I tested negative as well. It's just something that happens to me after training for some reason. My wife being a type 1 diabetic has numerous glucometers around the house so when I start feeling that way I can check it. By now I've got the symptoms down to a T.

For the incline lat raises do you bring the DB down to your side/thigh or do you bring it down in front of your body to go lower?

I go to my upper thigh. Was watching Eric Brosers video on it and he was saying it isolates the side delt going down to that spot.

I ate a couple of protein waffles around 7:30a and took a dose of GameDay around noon. Started training 30 minutes after. Which took around 65 minutes. So it was around 2ish that I started feeling crappy. Has only happened a handful of times.

Didn't have any calories from after breakfast until I drank the juice around 2
 
Be safe. Especially when using heavy weights
