Back crapped out on me big time tonight. Took a couple muscle relaxers and laying on a heating pad. Gym looking sketchy for tomorrow. Positive vibes though , I'm hoping it passes

Well heading into my last few days of this Px black & ALC/CLA I was really wanting to step it up at the gym all week to try and get the most out of it. Today is def a no go and tomorrow possibly as well. Still seeing results from it and two days out of the gym will in no way hinder my progress. Just not finishing in the manner I had set is a bit of a bummer. But final results and measurements will be posted Sunday

Lucky me. It's like Christmas came twice at my house this week. My sleep sux. Be starting the g8 tonight. The max pump , and the creatrona I'll be starting daily on Monday. After I finish the Px black.
 
That G8 tastes soooo good.
 
Gym was lacking today. Back still out. No reason to let meals slide.

6 oz 99% ff chicken

3 oz steamed potato and peppers

1/8 cup cooked cous cous. Give or take a lil. Eyed it out in 1/4 measuring cup.
 
What seasoning did you use on te chicken?
 
First run of g8 tonight. 1/2 scoop. Mixed up. Chugged down. Quite tasty

1/2 scoop was perfect for me. Just enough to make me drool all over my beard all night.
 
Well my opinion of g8....
It was like I was the drunk guy falling out of the back of a pick up truck going 40mph on a gravel road. Once I went down my night was over. Been a long time since I slept that still. The only down side was , and I contribute this more so to my back being out at the moment , I slept so still my back is tighter than a banjo string. Hard to get outta bed. A little extra foam rolling this morning at that will be fine. (As far as the extra stiffness) My back is still outta commission today as far as the gym goes.
 
Taste was amazing. I don't like anything lemon flavored. Excerpt this. It was like a flavor party in my mouth

Ha. I don't know if I mentioned it here, but I think the G8 lemon is possibly the best tasting supp I've ever had.

always been a solidly awesome formula, but the old taste left a bit (ahem) to be desired

Absolutely crazy how much she loved it. She doesn't know what to do now that were out. I think I'm going to have order some more for her. We were kind of waiting cause there were supposed to come out with more flavors.

This is the photo finish results for my run on the PXB & ALC/CLA stack. With the properly retooled diet and a 5 week cycle. Also what needs to be remembered for the first 3 , of those 5 I took less than the recommended dose because it was working efficiently for me. I'd say the proof is in the proverbial pudding. I couldn't be happy for a few weeks worth of change to produce such dramatic results. At least I feel it's a huge change. I would def recommend this stack to anyone trying to do any or all of these 3 things:

Loose bf%
Drop extra pounds
Suppress and control appetite.

Not only would I recommend it I will also be rerunning this stack in approx 8 weeks. Thanks to all the help from everyone. Especially the Finaflex crew. :-)

Tried to put new and old side by side but after I posted realized it didn't work out so well. But hopefully it's an easy tell
