Hey,

My name is John. I am a competitive power lifter. I am currently training for a meet in April. I would post videos but my post count is too low. At the moment I am training for push pull. My stats are as follows.

Weight: 198
Bench: 455x1
Dead: 595x 1

If you want to check YouTube for my videos:

youtube.com/watch?v=3QJGg3U4Jpk

I'd appreciate if someone would embed that.

I will be updating my thread as consistently as possible. I look forward to seeing everyone in here.

Thanks guys. When I reach 20 posts I'll add the videos. I am training toward either the Empire Classic in Spokane, Wa or the Great Northern in Olympia, Wa.

Good stuff man and your 198!!!! In to see ya do work

Thanks man. I'm a bit over right now. Maybe 205lbs.

Today's workout:

German volume training: 10 sets of 10 bent over row at 225lbs.

5x12 @ 315lbs rack pulls

5x10 @ 45lbs weighted pull ups.

Light back day. Opening a new gym tomorrow so may not have time to lift.

Today's workout:

Cut short due to long day and needing dinner:

5 sets of 10 @ 315lbs incline press.
5x10 peck deck at some odd resistance.
10x10 shrugs @ 405lbs

Weird workout but it was for my weak areas. Have a great night all. We are opening a new gym tomorrow, so it will be my first workout in a high class facility.

And, happy Valentines Day!

Thanks man.

Today's lift was short. Had a time crunch before clients.

Military press 10x10 @ 175 lbs
Low row 10 x 10 @ full stack

Nice and easy hypertrophy workout.

Sorry for the absence guys. Started a new gym and have been swamped. Workouts have not been great lately. The last two weeks have been light. I've been fighting a shoulder injury for quite some time and needed to slow down. Back at it now, so videos to come...if I ever have enough posts.
