Is this the pump stuff from BSN you're talking about? If so, it's not one of their better products. If you're looking for a pump get some iforce hemavol.

Yes, that's the one. I've never actually tried any BSN products. Hemavol is good, agree.

BSN is more of a noob product. I love Iforce hemavol better and yes I've used nitrix

BSN has good protein with Syntha-6, lean dessert, and Syntha-6 isolate. Amino X and evotest (DAA) are good as well.
