So I ordered a reactive slingshot today. My Titan ram is getting fairly snug on my gunz and I want a bench strap that's a bit weaker. I'll be using the **** out of it until my shoulder is %100.

Just caught up to there. Just go to meet day, call that week ten, and count back until you get to Monday of next week. Then that'll be the week number you reset at.

That's why I contemplated starting the Cube over Monday since it's 10wks out. But, seeing as I completed the first wave, I thought about tacking on the additional 5-10lbs to the lifts

I like that idea! I thought of doing the same thing.

This and the best way I like it for shoulders is to have a superfriend/mobilibuddy/wife wrap it, and then do the movement where you lay on the floor, have her hold your shoulder down, and practice internal/external rotations.

It's definitely a great tool to have.

Dude! How come you never told me WHY I butt winked?!

I was mistaking setting my back with over extension. So something I was doing intentionally was actually causing me to squat incorrectly. Can't wait to try it under a load, but it feels way better and much more natural!

In your case, and as it stands right now, I'd stay away from a fat burner for a bit. You've found a place with your diet where you called it "the perfect recomp". I would ride that wave for a few weeks and see what your body composition does before looking into supps to accelerate fat loss. Hell, if you're doing this right, you might not even need them at all.

This makes week 2 of not being happy with my left hip so I'll pull conventional next week and give it a break.
