He's from the biotest company. That's t-nation.com : their supplements tend to be more expensive. It's been a while since I looked at their stuff. I know mag-10 is a hydrolyzed casien product. Finibar is a mrp bar. Not sure on the plazma.

As soon as I read bull**** like "shock" or "surprise a muscle into growth" I stop taking an article too serious.
Its a muscle not not your brain. You can neither shock nor surprise it ffs.
All you can do is stimulate it and change that stimulisation when the muscle.has adapted.

Could never go heavy on this exercise but I do agree it can produce dramatic results even with low weight.
