Just bought an ASSLOAD of DHA fish oil caps at Meijer, they had them on sale (buy 1 get 1 free) on 400 soft gels. So I bought 4 (1600) for almost the same price I would have paid for 180 soft gels of a name brand. They're purified of mercury and heavy metals, and have 500mg of DHA per serving (2 soft gels), 100mg EPA, 2000mg fish oil total. So I'll just take 5 per day, that should keep me from dying right?
