Food poisoning recovery. One of the few things which did not agitate my GI during this crazy bout of food poisoning. That and super dosing probiotics (figured that my body probably flushed everything, good or bad, out after that).
 
Probiotics are golden for that situation. Glutamine seems to help as well.

I figured that it would probably be a good idea to super dose the probiotics to get a head start on colonizing myself with the good stuff before I allow the bad stuff to become dominant.
