Maybe I'll stay off the sale for a few days. I'm a little gassy (high fibers?) this morning, but otherwise not sure why I'm hovering up near 195.

I know scale weight shouldn't matter, but it drives me crazy.

I feel good and rested today and nothing really new to add at this point.

Today is back day, probably.

My arms were popping again today. Especially my forearms. They looked like I had worked then with a pump product for an hour. Veins all over!

The scale can give you good news or it can be instant frustration. I only step on it every third or 4th day when cutting and I go even longer when I'm bulking. Just look at the man in the mirror and ask " who is that sexy mofo?" That's what I do at least lol

I really don't use the scale anymore either. I use the mirror, if I can't see the results I want I know I need to still keep killin it.

I feel rested today, but my eyes are already starting out dry/sore/heavy. They were real bad last night, even made me a little cranky. I wonder how long it's been like this and I chalked it up to just being tired?

No weigh-in this morning. I'll take the advise of McCrew and Pete and not punish myself with them daily.

So, Saturday I posted that I felt a little funny; shaky and whatnot.

Well, I felt that way again yesterday.

*Some backstory first: I used to drink coffee post gym (because I love coffee) but-
A) It made me pee a lot more, which isn't awesome when you work out of a car.
B) That's extra fluids I could be drinking water instead.

Instead, if I feel a little tired or feel like I want coffee, I would take a 400mg Caffeine pill instead.

Which is what I did yesterday. I are a little just shortly after taking the pill, but still had 'funny vision' for almost an hour. I never quite got the shakes.

So, I'm thinking I may have done this Saturday. It was the exact same feeling except Saturday it was a little more extreme.

I don't get this way when I first drink coffee, nor in the afternoon if I do.

Anyway, figured I'd note that it was NOT the BPS stack that made me feel that way.

Still far off my long term goals, but I'm seeing more lines/definition in my abdominal area for sure.
 
Arms more defined especially the tricep. Leaner in the stomach area as well. Patience is fcking hard! Lol. Nice job keep cranking brother.

Yes, patience is hard. I will say this though: I see quicker progress at 2400 minimum cals a day than last year when I did 1700-2100.
 
Apparently some dudes wife wanted me to try her bean salad today because "I eat all the time". I looked up '3 bean salad' in MyFitnessPal and only found one that is 227 for 1/2 cup.

Loved the pump on those face pulls. SS’ing them in with the O&B’s were gruesome.

Didn’t sweat like Ilike even though I took little-to-no breaks. I am going to try the DCP stack Pre again tomorrow. I am drinking less coffee than I used to though.

Thanks KP. I want to get up to 155x10 on OHP by the summer (on reg BB, not Smith). Hopefully I can avoid any shoulder problems like last year.

Like you said earlier about patience, It is tough. Especially when watching numbers decline.

There will be plenty of time for increased calories if I stay strong through this cut though.

My biggest problem - shoulder issues trying to get the numbers up on bench and overhead.

I heard that. Today that 155 felt heavy and I just let it down easy on the safety bar. It sucks not being able to push it sometimes.
 
You killed them shoulders! I love overhead press, I usually do it first when I'm rested and fresh. Today I did shoulders as well and I did 135 for 3 sets of 10. Felt good, next week I'll try a little heavier.

When I was eating I was going up every week. Now I seem to be dropping a rep every week. :(
 
Nothing that I can think of to add today. No neg sides noticed, and nothing else out of the ordinary.

I wore long sleeves today and didn't pay attention during my WO this morning to any vascularity. Tomorrow I'm doing arms, so I'm looking forward to seeing some there.
 
Yeah, I had shoulder issues for a while. Still do, I guess.

I started focusing on Face Pulls and twice as many pulls as presses, and I'm getting much better at OHP and Bench.

You still OHP way more than I do! :)
 
Ending cals are 2,502 with 260/221/50 and 62 fibers.

I'm guessing my cals are actually slightly fewer than this, but the beans threw them off. I always try and round up, anyway.
