What flavor quest bar did we go with today?

Nope. It's an older flavor. The new flavor is cookies and cream. It's good though. There aren't any of the bars that I don't like. Some are a bit on the hard side, but 12 seconds in the nuke takes care of that.

The chic at gnc told me there was some new lemon flavor out. Maybe she's dumb.

Finally got my to do list under control. Figured get my routine up while time is laxed for a few. Got offered a job today but a couple guys in the area wanting me to help design and then run a huge outdoor obstacle course and tough mudder training spot. Stoked that I sparked some interest. Makes me think I'm doing something right in the gym. Unfortunately I'm not gonna be stationary here long enough to do any running but told them I'd help with the setup. So excited to see how it pans out.

Px black & ALC/CLA Stack update:

Been running a 1/1 dose on the pxb instead of the recommended 2/1 dose. Stacking with the recommended dose of ALC/CLA which is 2/2/2. It's been kicking a$$ at this dose and stretched the bottle if pxb. Down to two weeks worth so I'm gonna up my pxb to the suggested dose just to try and get the most out of it. It's been excellent at appetite control and has me sweating buckets all day long. On top of those benefits my weight and body fat has steadily declined. As I posted this morning

21% bf.

So the next two weeks gonna do a lil extra cardio each week. Drop a few carbs from my daily intake and make up for the cals with an extra shake each day. Hopefully maximizing the potential for me. I'll update weight every week for the next two just to see how I'm doing

Thank goodness for late deliveries. Go amazon. Thought I was gonna run out tomorrow but I'm good. Whew....
 
It's cheap. Efficient. Tastes ok. Plus it's the best fit for my macros. I been drinking platinum hydro whey and platinum hydro builder. Just not in the budget right now for this poor guy lol

I drink cheap stuff too, but I don't count the protein into my daily totals. Just the calories.
 
I'm still at the point where I gotta count everything. And that point is fat lol. But I'm fixing it.

I have no doubt. You're leaps an bounds ahead of most people on here and who i see t the gym as far as consistency goes.

I developed an excellent gym work ethic with Dave a few years back. Wish I never woulda fell off track. Important thing is I'm getting back on it.
 
All this consistency talk was bad karma. My kid threw a fit at daycare. Had to take her home and cut my workout in half. At home in the basement trying to make something out of it. Routine posted after breakfast

back when I was running my ntls prep log, dave was zooming in on me so close, he was telling me about skin blemishes he saw on me that I dint even know about

About the epi in a pre workout, yes it's intense! I personally use it when I'm on a cycle and use our other pre when I'm not. But believe me there are a lot of people that use it everyday. Just personal preference.
 
Bout to kick it old school with the demon. Bought e.t. For us to watch. Thinking it good time for a Mac n cheese fiesta. If she plays her cards right maybe some Oreos lol. (I'll be skipping everything but e.t)
