It depends on if I'm at work all day or have more free time. But it ranges from 96oz to 2gallons a day. I also take in electrolytes

Whoo another great workout. I'm sitting in an Epsom salt bath now trying to loosen up before MMA class at 7. I did all dumbbell exercisers for pecs today. I hit incline bench, incline flys, flat bench, flat flys, decline bench and heavy pull overs. I then did skull crushers, a few variations of tricep extensions, push downs on the cables, and kickbacks with dumbbells... My body is exhausted! If I have time before class I'm going to get on my back decompression machine, inversion table and then roll on the foam roller... I took a U A today and here are my results:

Yeah my last bloodwork 6 months ago. But I don't think I'm going to do a hormone panel because of the price. My university has a special where I can get lipids, kidney enzymes and cardiovascular health tested all for a reasonable price.
 
I took some Pure Test before the MMA class tonight and I felt like a beast the entire class. The coach was calling me monster. I don't know **** about MMA moves yet but I was able to keep the people I was sparring with on the ground. It was a hell of a workout.

Im exhausted now so these plans might change. But an early, like 6 am, back and bi workout and then boxing at 6:30pm

And yep, the plans changed. I decided I could do a split workout today but I wouldn't be able to go all in, balls to the wall. So I decided to sleep in and recoup today. I'm still going to take the boxing class tonight though and then I'm going to hit back and bis with a vengeance tomorrow.

Nice job listening to the body bud. It gets easier to do the older you get yet I still struggle taking off days.

It's hard to know sometimes whether or not the lethargicness, soreness etc is something you should push through or take a break.

I'll look within. But I'm afraid all I find is Pure Test, salad, a pbj, milk, water, chicken, potatoes and pork. Oh wait that was my lunch
 
Well I had some set backs yesterday but I didn't let them get me down. Due to cars problems I couldn't make it to the boxing class.... So I put on the sauna suite, took my Pure Test, Ignite2 and PCT Revolution and hit the gym at my dads house for a back and bis workout. I hit the heavy bag for 15mins to warm up. Then I did a ton of band work for my bis. I took you guys advice and did all TUT with bands. I got a GREAT pump in my biceps and by the time I finished they were exhausted... I didn't do deads last night because I didn't have enough weights so I'm going to do stiff leg deadlifts tonight. The focus of my back workout yesterday were my lats. I pounded out 6 sets, 10 reps of varying grips on lat pull downs. I also did dumbbell shrugs light and for reps. Overhead shrugs again light and for reps. And finally bent over rows with the barbell.... After I finished there was sweat all over the garage. I had to have sweated a gallon during my workout... To help recover I made an ice bath with 36lbs of ice. After that I filled up the Jacuzzi and took an Epson salt bath. I feel great today. Energy is high, self confidence and sense of well being is awesome. I'm ready for this leg workout!
 
Worked out legs and delts today. I didn't set any new PRs but I did go heavy. I shoulder pressed close to my PR 155lbs for 3reps at the very end of my workout. I also went heavy on stiff leg deads. I lifted 455lbs for 2reps. Again this was at the end of my workout. I had to wait forever for a squat rack. The best part of my workout was my pumps. Every delt excercis I did I could feel that delt muscle pumping up. It felt great!

I've always had strong legs. Part of it is genetics both my mom and sister have big calfs and and quads. But my straight leg deadlift PR is the same as my traditional deadlift.

It's been a productive weekend. I worked out legs Friday. I really focused on box squats. I was lifting 405lbs for 5 reps. I also shoulder pressed 155lbs again! Yesterday I had boxing class. It was a hell of a workout but my aggression and focus was on par. Today I'm working back and bis. Gains are still coming along. My weight has stayed at 203-205lbs bf is at 14%. I've made 1/2" to 1" gains on most muscles groups! Strength is still high along with libido for the girl

Had another good workout today. I took my Pure Test caps washed them down with some Ignite2. And hit back and bis. I took off from the deadlift today since I lifted so much on the straight leg deadlift the other day. So I did shrugs, 4 sets with 110lb dumbbells for 8-10 slow reps. I then did rear shrugs on the smith machine, 3 sets at 220lbs for 8 reps. For lats I 4 sets between 200lbs and 160lbs for 10 sets, all slow and focusing on full contraction. I ended back with back extensions. Bicep workout went great also.I superseted all my bicep work so I kept a real good pump my entire workout.

Good move taking a break from deads. Solid shrug numbers. Reverse shrugs on the smith is one of my favorite shrug alternatives. Prone shrugs are another good option to try.

I worked pecs and tris today. I pre exhausted my pecs with 4 sets on the fly machine and 3sets of incline flys. I then did 3 sets of flat bench dumbbells, 3 sets of hammer presses and finished off pecs with 3 sets of pec cable crossovers... My tri workout was more exhausting. I began with seated tricep push downs I did 360lbs on my third set for 3reps with fat gripz. I then superseded 4 more tricep exercises... That was around 2pm. I just left MMA class. I'm bruised and sore now. I've made a lot of progress over these past 30 days. My strength, motivation and size have all noticeably increased. I'm looking forward to checking all of my measurements and comparing finishing pics tomorrow!

Thanks Dave! The elbow is all healed now. I stopped over extending the jab and it healed right up. I'm looking forward to running more finaflex products in the future! Especially Ignite2, I love that stuff!!
