sorry to hear about your hijacked package man....yeah, to my knowledge it is definitely banned there
I don't think TGA is quite hip to all the different nomenclatures that are on product labels, which could explain why it got in first time around..
in any event, I don't think there is any worries on this, simply exclusion of your package
 
The worst part is that those 2 bottles were with about $500 worth of other supplements that I ordered for my friends and for myself.

Everything else was run-of-the-mill (protein, bcaa's, zma etc) but I sure as hell hope they don't plan on destroying the entire package.

I am not sure if your customs works like ours in Canada. But I also had a package inspected at the border a couple of years ago. It had 2 bottles with banned substances in them, as well as 5-6 bottles things that were fine. Canadian customs took the 2 bottles that were not allowed and then processed the others and forwarded the parcel on to me. So hopefully if they do inspect your shipment you still get part of your order. Sucks though sorry to hear.

I thought it was a bit too good to be true from the start that a product like 1-Alpha would be allowed in Australia.

I agree with you completely. But hopefully in that even that doesn't happen, you at least get part of it.
 
FedEx called me and said customs inspected the package and it was gtg.

I went there, picked it up, and opened it as fast as I could to see whether anything was missing or not.
Not only did they take the 1-Alpha, but they also took the bloody Anabeta Elite -_- There's nothing in that product that's banned .. I'm sure ..

I guess I must have been unlucky enough to get some hater customs agent that assumes everything bodybuilding related must be a steroid.

Anyhow, I guess this clears that up.

They're going to send a letter of seizure to the registered address that the package was meant to go to, which is my work address.

Not happy at all.

Lol - Thanks for the laugh, mate.

I'm going to call the TGA tomorrow and contest it. I thoroughly checked the prohibited substance list and the ingredients in neither product are listed there. That's not to say that they aren't prohibited, but it's certainly not there for a layman like me to see when he goes to check before ordering supps from overseas.

I've nothing to lose now and everything to gain.

The problem is they prob. look up the substance online and find a million hits on steroid based websites. It's not like someone who orders steroids online is going to get a bottle with "steroids" printed on the side. They only need reasonable suspicion to believe that the substance contains a type of steroid. Unfortunately its just how the system works. I do hope that you can get a refund from your shipper as they promised a legal substance and you'd have no problems. And as other's said, the bright side is you got the rest of your package! Could have been a lot worse right?

I have a buddy who lost the same product at the border. Due to the forskolin. That could be your culprit.

What has served me well in the past is not using FEDEX or UPS as they both use brokers at the border - which seem to be more like snitches in the end. Albeit slower I have never had anything stopped if mailed by United States Postal Services (both Priority and non). Next time if you can go with that - cheaper option too.

Had me a good back workout tonight. Getting the deadlift back up there - 180kg tonight (396lbs).

For the past few days I've had little to no carbs before my workout, except for things like beans and a bit of corn or some peas.
After my workouts I've been eating about 8 bananas with my protein shake, and for whatever reason, finally it looks like things are starting to happen.

The reduction in daily carbs has leaned me back out some and getting some decent vascularity going on. Looking full and solid. I'm also 9kg (19.8lbs) up from my starting weight 3 weeks ago.
 
Hey cheru, I'm in Perth and pretty much all pro hormones are banned. I never use FedEx or dhl for delivery. Stick with USPS and normally it is fine.

Hey mate - to be honest, I wouldn't order anything knowing that it was illegal. I'm really paranoid and would rather not take the risk. I tried priority usps for a delivery of normal supplements once before and they got lost somewhere in the world and never appeared again; I got a refund, though.

I've increased calories by an extra 400ish to make the most of the remainder of my run. It took ages for it to kick in but I think it's starting to happen.

Really smashed it out of the park this week on every workout so far.

Up at least 10lbs on all lifts since last week, some over 20lbs.

Weight seems to be sticking around 92kg (202.4lbs) so I've upped the calories (particularly carbs) and will see whether there are any changes in a few days.

I like the plan buddy. The strength gains on alpha are awesome, much more so then andro in that respect.

The weight gain you talked about the other day......did it in fact hold on?

Yeah man - it sat at the same weight for a few days and has now hopped up another kg.
I think that unless I up those calories, it's not going to move much further, though.

Starting weight 182.6 - current weight 202.4 (and still another 30 or say days to go).

You've gained 20 lbs since starting Alpha 1?
 
Are they purging?

The left testicle consistently seems smaller than the right, and a bit squishy if I squeeze it.

I showed my small ball to my doctor and informed him of my non-existent libido and fortunately I was able to get some HCG, which should fix things up quick smart.
I had some issues with my natural T levels in the past and was given HCG then too - absolutely amazing stuff. Felt like I was going through puberty all over again.

I still have app. another 30 days to go, so I'll commence my HCG protocol at the end of my run.
 
Wow so twenty lbs....Yeah cool stuff :)

Just before it kicked in, I actually felt quite disappointed with how I was looking; quite bloated and obviously retaining a fair bit of water and glycogen.
Cut back on the carbs throughout the day, and have only been loading them hardcore style after training at night (high GI carbs only).

This fixed the retention issues and now I'm starting to see some positive improvements. I'm still shedding a fair bit of hair, but as I said before, have not yet been able to notice any difference to my head.

Oh - and my left ball is now little.
 
lol...my balls are tiny bro. its freaky azz sheet. I had some swelling the first week I started if you remember. I think that was my ball shutting the fug down. closed for business.

My right ball is the size of a ping pong ball, but the left is like a grape.
