Thanks for the vote of confidence. I been busting my a$$ to get back in shape. The physical stuff is all on me but in all honesty I'd say that you guys have helped more than anything. Whether it's been from food help to motivation or whatever other category it may have been so I must return the kudos to everyone here as well. :-)

I appreciate it. Some more of the results should be posted Monday. Imma get new weight , body fat % , and new measurements up. Which I believe are all down since last time. Even think my arms are smaller but with more definition so I'm calling it a win. But hard numbers and pics early next week for the masses to decide my progress. :-)

I didn't hate it. Just didn't catch anything. Her shack looks much nicer than what I was doin. (Standing on the Ice watching holes the whole time)

Well my to do list got pretty big after the gym somehow. Had to rush outta the house. Forgot my workout log so routine will have to go up later. No time for breakfast so had to grab something quick. Banana. , quest bar , and protein shake with half cup liquid egg whites. Mmmmm
