cortisol supp

Interesting. Good to know. Might try one day.

Not sure anything will ever take the place of my beloved Reduce XT.

It is one supp I can count on and have for many years now for results every time. I respond so well to it and with consistency.

For me - it's just like creatine. Not sexy - but it just plain works and you know exactly what it's going to do for you.

Top 3 supp of all time with regard to cutting, efficacy and consistency.

Can you explain in more detail exactly what u love so much about reduce xt and what benefits you know you will see/feel each time.you take it?

Also, how long does it take before the benefits kick in?

Fat loss. Haha :)

Not being sarcastic or flippant, but that's it. Zero other discernible effects or sides. On some runs, I have noticed appetite suppression, but mild and this is not consistent.

In short, just a gradual leaning out. I notice a leaning effect approximately 7-10 days in.

Well i couldnt hold out any longer. I know it is suggested to lay off of stims when using reduce xt but i have gone only 3 days without my pre workout and i feel so dull and unmotivated in the gym. I wake up at 430 am to hit the gym so that morning jolt is really needed. I decided to have a coffee today (which i think is a bit better than an actual pre wo) it was drank about an hour after my reduce xt dose and about 45 mins prior to gym, taken with my kno3 and agmatine. I think ill continue like this because man, waking up.at 430 and trying to kill it in the gym with no boost is pretty hard.

whats wrong with taking stims while using reduce xt? lol reduce xt is a part of plenty of fat loss programs which also incorporate stimulant heavy fat burners

the cortisol response of lifting is actually a good thing, you want that, if you lift first thing in the morning I would take the reduce xt later on with your meals or something. Supplements are just supplements, diet + training are infinitely more important, please pick the scenario that maximizes your training/diet (in this case some morning caffeine) over something that may or may not barely enhance a supplement's effect.

Are adaptogens necessary? In what point do you guys find adaptogens beneficial if anything I would assume it's for stress, fatigue syndrome and cns recovery issues?

I know various herbs out there are for adaptogens but not sure if these are specifically good.

Winner winner chicken dinner!

Bingo

You also may potentially notice a slight reduction in water weight as well.

I am runninh my cycle of reduce xt right now along with agmatine and potassium nitrate. Over the summer i plan on using the bottle of lean extreme that i have.

How is it suggested to dose the lean extreme, same as the reduce xt on a 1-1-1 a day schedule?

For those of you with the experience, how do the two products differ?

Ive only taken reduceXT and i love it each time. I have heard good things about lean xtreme.

Here is a reduce XT vs lean xtreme thread from 2011 for you to look at other people's opinion.

for lean xtreme, there are 2 different formula's out there, old one was discontinued , which one do you have ?

Heres a more recent comparison as the old LX differs from the new LX: Invalid Link Removed

As Reduce XT was designed with Cortisol Control in mind whilst the new LX isn't, IMO there is no longer a comparison. LX may still be a good option for other reasons, but for Cortisol reduction, RXT is superior.

Honestly, im in week 4 of 8 of rxt and i just dont see the hype.

I haven't tried the newer version, but I use the ingredients in it rather frequently, except BioPerine. I enjoy them solo but its hard to know the doses in the prop blend

Localized topical cortisol suppressors are better for overall health and joints...

You have anymore info about this? Like proof that it really work or studies showing different results from oral vs topical?
