Getting my joints lubricated with Flexible

Ok guys today I was feeling good enough to workout. Didn't go crazy but a nice lite arm workout to get me back into the swing of things. Even though I lowered the weights my elbows felt great and it wasn't till the dips at the end of the workout that would give the test if Flexible has kicked in. It definitely has, my elbows felt oiled up. No pain or discomfort which is normally there when I do dips. This stuff is great! I'm going to keep dosing at 8 caps a day for a little bit and see if I can drop down to 4 caps a day like a couple of the other guys and keep the same results. I like that giant set at the end. Today is my arm day as well. Might steal some of your wo. Good to see you feeling better.
 
Ugh I hate 21s!! I get tendonitis in my elbow if I do to much bicep work with barbell and 21s are excruciatingly painful for me. They give a great burn in the bi though!!
Will update yesterday's w/o and today's later but my elbow pain is almost non existent! This stuff is great!

I dropped the weight cause I wanted to try a different approach. Kris Gethin did this in one video I remember where the DB motion was swing/arch type movement all the way up and obviously bring your elbows as high as you can take them. I could only get 10, it made a huge difference. I will up the weight next week. I liked it a lot and will continue to do them this way.

The BB rows I alternated every set overhand then underhand and the inverted rows I did a different grip every set(wide, reverse, hammer)

Great workout and my joints are non existent, I don't even feel them anymore, this product rocks. Pull-ups used to kill my elbows, not with flexible. Hittin some arms tomorrow, can't wait!
 
I def want to check out detonator x at some point. heard great things!
We have 2 pre's DetonatorX and XcelleratorX and were coming out with another shortly. DetX has epi in it. So for someone wanting to try it or add it in to their cycle, it's great. XcelX is a great everyday pre. Both of them are great and potent. I think I might be getting some samples, I'll let you know.

Ok I actually decided to split my leg day up into two separate days. I've never done this before. So today's workout was

These felt really good. I'm moving up in weight quite well on these.

Very good leg workout and weight for me. Hockey messed my knees up pretty bad and with flexible I can start lifting more weight, this is great.

what grip width you use on the bb press? i've started doing wider than shoulder width and it really isolates the delt better!

yeah like snatch grip, absolutely. tough as hell! i go 4" outside shoulder width now
 
Hope my little guys don't wake up in the middle of the night, I just downed some REM 8.0! What is the flavor of that, it was good? It didn't say on the pack.

Its our melon flavor, same as we have for Endurance bcaa. I was out of sample packs of that though sorry!!

You gave me 3 sample packs of the REM 8.0. I'll start off by saying that the taste is great. I took it around 10 and by 10:30-10:45 I was falling asleep sitting up. One of the twins woke up at 4:45 and it took me a sec to realize, I was sleeping so deep. This stuff is great, it really knocks you out! This is by far the best sleep supp I've ever tried!
 
There are so many. The only thing i noticed is the ratios of each compound is on the low side. Would you not need as much of each when stacked?
That's a popular question. I've discussed it with the owner and that's what he said. When you stack compounds you really don't need such high doses of each plus you have carbopol which helps your body utilize the product better.

Back was pumped as hell, I normally don't just do a set of something and then jump to the next but I just wanted to keep doing different exercises plus it was fun! I actually backed it down to 4 caps a day and so far so good so I'll keep everyone posted if there is any change in joint discomfort.
