My goals are to become stronger, and more lean than I already am. I have been training steadily for the past twenty five years with nine to 12 days of recovery between every three weeks of training. I have had to cut back because I tore my left biceps muscle a year ago. Honestly, that didn't stop me from training. I digress. My goals, again, are to gain reasonable strength and lean muscle mass. Thanks for the query.
 
At the moment, none. A month ago I finished a canister of Anabolic Innovations 'Essentials' which has everything, essentially, in one product. I liked it very much.

Personally a good start would be Green MAG and Purple Wraath or Purple InTrain

IMO those would assist you very well. Also pick up Multi/Fish Oil/Whey somewhere.
