so most of you know my contest is may 17th... still havent gotten all the money to afford a prep coach to work with my diet and training/cardio :(

what my goodies will look like though ;)

weeks 14-10: alphamine, alphaT2 something easy to get started i lose BF easy.
10-4: ECA, and erase
weeks 4-0: whinny with 350mg test a week ( i know test takes a few weeks to kick in im not using it for cutting once after my show ill bulk and those gains after comp will be killer once my test kicks in right after contest

i plan on doing the NPC Oregon Ironman. this is my first contest and this is just to get my feet wet and beat a buddy whos competing ;)
after this comp im going into hiding.... im hard bulking right after with my first ever AAS cycle and will do another once i take the proper time off form that cycle then come into NPC nations 2015 hopefully 15lbs heavier and ill use AAS in that cut.

In that time i plan on doing a channel on youtube named "road to 2015 nationals" been asked do make one and alot of people are believing in me that i will make a splash at nationals.

You should run test prop then to get some fullness going into the show. The winny will be a good hardener.

i wanted to but im trying to figure out how id do it with prop see im just starting my test 4weeks early so AFTER contest weekend when i pig out and start bulking ill have the full force of test.
 
test prop 150mg EOD until show
test E with test prop 125/75 for 2 weeks EOD
test E 750mg a week

:arms: smartass! thats perfect i got i think enough for all that already well (test at 400-500mg instead of 750) but since its my first cycle im not worried about going 750
