Took fat burns properly and now have a tight feeling lower abdomin. What is it?

That's the BSN one? Just a caffeine pill with a few other vitamins in it.
Are you only taking 1 at a time ?

Yeah. There are some extracts that supposedly prevent the burn from happening but I've never personally tried them so I can't comment on them.

I use to take BSN products all the time because my gf was sponsored by them. They did the same thing to my stomach. I simply stopped taking them and started shopping around for some other stuff. Reading reviews of what type of product I looking for. Just need to find what you like, thats the things with supps. Sometimes they work for yah, sometimes they dont. Hell of a lot of options out there, and of the 5-6 different companies I have tried, I like Dexaprine the most.

Capsimax won't bother you, unless sitting in water for a pre workout like platinum pre

Capsiate is non pungent, expensive, and studied at 10mg a day. Hard to get good extracts. I've looked
