Okay brahs tomorrow starts my contest prep. Which is good cuz the tren is starting to mess with my appetite but only sometimes, its weird. Its also a chore stuffing my face all the time lol. So 2day is my last hooray as far as eating whatever I want.

Lol tell me how I have the same exact situation at my gym but she hits on me hard. She even told me I should cook dinner for the both of us. Her husband is slacking big time.

Does suppressed T3 cause depression? I've been feeling it this week too. My urine is pretty clear, I got my liver armored up.

Not sure if it does but tren can be the root of that. It's a roller coaster of emotion for some people.
 
Update

Took my first dose of ECA and 25mcg of T3 this morning. I feel good, slightly euphoric, Ephedrine always helps my mood. I'm train shoulders/arms and a little legs 2day later. All meals will b without carbs besides my postworkout meal which will provide the majority of my carbs for the day. I'm shooting for 3500 calories. Calories will usually fall in the 3000-3500 range. Some serious shredding is about to happen brahs!!!

love the dedication man!!! btw what's your dosing on eca? how much and how many times per day. when i take t3 it makes me sooo damn itchy when my body heats up. you get that same prob?

Yeah I'm feeling warm fur sure, its the ECA too. I'm dosing 2 times a day, I might go to 3 times. 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg caffeine and 1 baby aspirin every 4 hours.
 
Idk shiz about T3 except it's thyroid related. Emotions shouldn't be a problem. Even energy could be effected given it's thyroid-related, but not emotions. Gotta be that Tren brah
 
I had a sick ass workout til I strained my right shoulder barbell curling, I had to stop biceps short. It didn't affect my triceps. My strength is continuing to go up even after I was only on 22 grams of carbs. I was still holding at 220 despite dropping a lot of water with hardly anything on my stomach. I'm bumping my tren up to 500 this week. Now I'm gonna slam a bunch of carbs and chicken. If it wasn't for the ECA I probly would've flat lined already from the lack of carbs lol.

More pics coming Wednesday. My bathroom has pretty good lighting. Truth b told I've now claimed dominance in my gym lol, my size plus strength isn't matched. It feels good cuz there's plenty of guys in there who've been juicing and lifting longer than me, but I don't walk around like a cocky assh*le lol. And I can tell the guys have noticed it cuz their girls r mirin haha
 
Today was:
-Meal 1: 1tbsp coconut oil, 1 scp isolate, 1 scp casein
-Meal 2: 1 cup broccoli, 1 chicken breast, spinach w/ light balsamic, bell peppers
-Meal 3: 2 cup broccoli, 1.5 chicken breast, 10 roasted almonds
-Meal 4: 1 cup broccoli, 1 chicken breast

Under 15g carbs sans fiber for sure, & I don't wanna contemplate how low the cals are. My pre/post meals & night shake will probably equal or exceed the cals so far today lol

Hyper T2, E-Pharm Amp, Raspberry Ketones, & Recompadrol all in play, & counting on the Ostarine to retain the muscle atm.

I bet last wk that all would have been a single meal for you, eh doc? What do your meals look like right now?
 
Not me, just pounded 3-4 tbsp of natty pb & a shake for my pre-workout meal & feeling more full than all day! Bout to terrorize dis biotch!

Smoke rubs, savory blends, herb mixes, hot sauces, mustards, anything you can think of with flavor that doesn't add sugar or bad fats. People think bodybuilding is about lifting weights. They're wrong; it's about learning to cook for yourself lol

This is law. I'm currently trying to teach the gf that a lot of boring veggies and meats can be mixed together with a few spices to make something incredible. So far she's loving it and keeps saying she doesn't know why she never thought to try that ha.

Go to any grocery & buy 3 random blends you've never tried, from different manufacturers ideally. You'll be in maybe $10 or so & your variety will increase tremendously. If you dont have high bp or are on cycle, you don't need to fear salt - it'll just make you hold a bit of water, which on a day to day basis isn't a biggie for most.

Cinnamon is my secret ingredient to just about everything I make. Go light on it so it's not overpowering and the smell alone will totally change the flavor of any spice blend you normally use.

It's also awesome for general health and fat loss so that's even more of a bonus. Plus it's dirt cheap

Lol 2day was an off day and calories r pretty low for me. Nothing but protein powder, chicken breast, broccoli and olive oil. My last meal will b a shake plus some steak and eggs. I just decided no carbs for some reason lol
 
I am tightening up fast though, dropping all that water made a huge difference. If I can stay at 220 I'll win this whole show.

She's moist as we speak.
