should i use a ocs with this

first off defiantly not a pro. looking for help and suggestions.

going to take a run with havoc and trenavar ,for a pct i have finaflex revolution pct black + pure test.

do i need a on cycle support.

6 week cycle. any thoughts or am i just crazy

week1- 6
tren 30/30/30/30/30/30/
havoc 20/20/20/20/20/20/

pct for 3 weeks
 
30mg of tvar is not going to do much imo, but if that's all you have then ok.. about pct why 3 weeks, we normally run pct for 30 days even with SERMs i dont see why you think you could get away with less..

270lb I would not bother with any hormones until you're a lot leaner
try again in 12 month

you have to do a lot more research. Asking about needing a cycle support while planing on running both havoc and trenavar for 6 weeks with only a 3 week PCT, shows you need to do more homework. This is a good forum for constructive criticism on making any cycle better, but your not close to where you need to be to start a cycle. Research for a couple more weeks and really educate yourself on what you need to get, where your body should be, and what you should expect over the course of a cycle.

I wouldn't say leaner, there's a lot of talk about needing to be lean to use hormones but that isn't the case at all, look at the 308+ weight class of powerlifters setting all time world records. Really it should be "don't bother until you're more muscular" except we don't know if this guy has any muscle or not.
 
See that's just it , I have good muscle and I'm not that fat. I have a little left on the stomach. My legs are power houses. Back ,shoulders, are my favorite. My arms aren't cut but are a good size I use 75lb dumbbells when working free weights.
I'm not doing any of this for comp. It's personal with a long storyline. I don't need an 8 pack up front .lol I need more strenth and to break this dam wall down
So I can go forward . If that makes sense.
I have started using lighter weight and more reps to try to add more strenth and increased my set from 3 to 5.. I guess this would be easier if I just put my work out down. After all the more info you have the better you can help . I will wright it up later and post it. Thanks guys it all helps

I compete in powerlifting, and typically these guys need to use more and get more sides
You really do respond to hormones better when you're lean

Not that fat? Even if you were 15%, you'd have a FFMI of 34, which is above the natural limit of muscularity by some margin. So I'd really rethink if you're "not that fat" or not. Not having a go, I just think this needs to be put into perspective. I do not think that the cycle you've laid out will give you the results you want at all. I'd suggest some testosterone injections, however. They will be far healthier in the long run, they won't make your cholesterol readings even worse (and they will be fairly bad, especially if you hold the weight around the middle) and it won't affect your liver. A cc a week will be plenty here.

For health reasons, I'd really stay away from non-aromatising and DHT based steroids. You should be OK with halodrol, however.
As mentioned before, I compete in PL and SM, so if you lay out your program here, maybe I can help with that and give you a point in the right direction if strength is the main goal here.
 
Ok I was introduced to a pro at my gym who gave me some smart advise ..
First he said he would never max dose any PH/AS whith out a test run first ..
As you never know what your body is going to do ... Rookie mistake.....
All ways on a test run start low and ramp up to half of what everyone els is taking ..
Or less .. depending on what you are talking... I have run the gaspri H-50 with no problems so clones should be ok.. but tren is very powerful and comes with bad sides as do most others... So the smart move here is to run my cycle of havoc .. .. do my liver care .... Then start the tren low ramp it up but don't go past 60mg a day till my next cycle just to see how my body does .....then if there is a problem I will all so know what sup. Is best for me ...as he stated some people don't need high doses at all, there body will give the same results with lower doses as if they where high doses... And as so they waste a lot of product/money and don't even know it
