Article: Changing Your Metabolism

Broscience again!

I agree with basically all dot points except #3. Need to provide evidence for such haphazard statements however i'm willing to provide some more direct and appropriate advice from articles below.
No exclusive conclusions can be made that state eating 'x' amount of meals a day at 'x' amount of calories is more metabolically efficient than the next. Do your research and stop pumping out broscience with has been regurgitated for the past 10-15+years.

see Meal frequency and energy balance: British Journal of nutrition: April 1997
see Increased meal frequency does not promote greater weight loss in subjects who were prescribed an 8-week equi-energetic energy-restricted diet: British Journal of nutrition: April 2010.

unable to post hyperlinks due to post count #.

Hahaha it's all tucked away in my shorts! Unfortunately nobody ever does studies on bodybuilders or even your typical in shape athletic 20-40 year old male. Even then there are many more variables people would want added in, like the use of supplements, what supplements, the use of AAS... I could go on and on as I'm sure you know, but this is all the crap we are provided.
