Test e 500 1-12
Deca 400 1-12
Abadrol 50mg 5-10
Anavar 50mg wk 8-start of pct
Proviron 50mg ed
Hcg 500iu wk
Clomid Nolva pct

This is my first time running A bombs and I gotta say its superb! Bench finally at 405lb. Blood feels on fire 24 hours. Slight headaches but bearable. I wanted to kick start with drol but didn't pull the trigger until wk 5. Has anyone here ever blast Anadrol in the middle of your cycle? Any general thoughts on a bombs?
 
I think 12 weeks is a waste of good hormones
 
Try this for 12 weeks
then keep base of test and then something androgenic
or more test
and see what that is like after 8 more weeks
 
I was planning on starting up my GH right after pct for 8 months. To be completely honest my wife an I are having our second child this spring. That being said, when I'm on any dose high or low test, I am a raging sex addict. It's great when my wife is 140lbs. Not great when she is 240lbs prego! I tend to smoosh anything that's in my way without even knowing what happend, and I really want to be a good hubby this time around:)
 
I would not recommend GH without the presence of AAS
Also remember, AAS, GH, insulin, introducing it always feels good, increasing it is very good, until sides set in, decreasing dose or going off is never ever good

At your size, you really do not need gh and I doubt you'd benefit from it at all, especially with no AAS. Your blood sugar will be all over the place and you run risk of diabetes. This is a good thing really, you'll save a lot of money. Save the GH for when you can't increase the steroids any more without sides, which means increasing dose very slowly. Then when on the GH, you do the same and increase dose very slowly. You'll be able to take a lot less steroids as well. So really you benefit the most when you can't increase dose and save money taking the GH instead of spending more money

Insulin might be needed on GH to keep blood sugar in healthy range, but I can never ever will not ever recommend insulin, just take less gh or fix diet

I really appriciate the advise. As for my dilemma with crazy libido and prego wife, what would you recommend as a spring/summer cycle to keep 230lb range 10% bf?
 
yeah not that experienced in the grand scheme of things, but follow advice and yearly plan from very experienced middle aged friends who still look like they are 20 lol
To shred down, I'd keep testosterone as a base, 250-300mg a week is plenty to maintain that amount of size and lose fat with diet.
I'd go leaner than 10% personally, you'd grow better and not get as fat afterwards if you lean out and hold that condition but it's your body and you can look however you like

You'd want to split the dose into two per week to keep estrogen lower, and take 0.5mg of arimidex the day after each injection. When nice and lean add a finishing touch, DHT based steroids work well, I'd go with masteron if you can afford it, best bang for buck. But anavar, anadrol, epistane, winstrol, standodrol it's all good just pick something you like the look of. 300mg of masteron a week would have you looking pretty amazing when in the single digits. If orals, maybe 30mg of whatever you pick

This is pretty much what I've been doing. 250mg test, 1mg adex a week. No DHT for me for a while though, plan on getting leaner first. DHT when I have the leanness I want
 
That sounds like a great plan. I have never done mast, however It seems to be getting more and more great reviews. Do you usually run 18 weeks on, pct and take 18 weeks off? I have been cycling by the "ology book" since I started at 26 years old. I ran a heavy 16 week test e/var/sust cycle last summer with adex/hcg. It went great however my e2 was super low , rbc levels super high , pvc's came out of nowhere and I crashed hard at the end. I man'd up well and blood levels got back to normal soon after pct. i still get weird heart contractions which doc said was normal. I have been off cycle all fall until my new cycle started 5 weeks ago.
My lifting cronies are all excited to start a gh journey which I am intreged to do, however maybe low test/masteron may be better and safer this summer.
 
Also, what do you think about running proviron as an AI instead of adex? For some reason I can get proviron easier then adex
 
I don't come off, just run as little as possible and only increase when needed.
I won't touch anything else but testosterone (and orals) until it is increased to the point where it offers no further benefit or I get unmanageable sides.
So above a gram, I would really need 1500 to see more benefit, maybe even 2g. From a cost point of view even if I get no sides, this is another 2-4ml a week. If test was brought down to 500mg a week, I'd be able to take say 3ml of deca and be at a similar level to 1g test. So I would be going from 4 to 5ml a week, instead of 4 to 6-8ml a week. Make sense?

At the moment, 250mg of test is all I need. I've not even capped out my natural potential yet. When I finish dieting and am gaining weight or just need a boost, some dbol is cheap as **** and would give good results then back at 250mg a week. I'd be pretty big by the time I needed 500mg a week for sure

Running high doses for 3-4 months? I think this is a good way to ruin health personally and you get caught up in bigger and bigger cycles each time. Multiple products as well, I like to think that all that matters is mg in system, all you're doing by adding another steroid is increasing the amount of mg in the body. May as well get the most out of the cheapest hormone first

Well again it comes down to cost
Arimidex you can get from any online pharmacy. All day chemist is good, "make sure you have a prescription" right?
Exemestane is also very popular, but I prefer adex. Too much will lower LDL though and long term use. I wouldn't use an AI when trying to gain for sure, just keep doses sensible and start the bulk lean and estrogen won't be a problem unless sensitive. Proviron is DHT based, so again will lower LDL, more than adex will. I don't know if it actually lowers estrogen? Maybe it just doesn't aromatise I don't know. It will pull water out from the skin though and dry you the **** out. Maybe it attaches to aromatase I don't really know

Also, I happend to catch the flu that's going around the west coast which dosent help. the drol has me super irritable/anxious, can't sleep, skin looks volcanic, crazy high blood pressure. Left nipple all of a sudden got a beed in it which is weird since I'm taking adex and proviron. On a good note, I hit 405lb on a 1 rep max for military press and have pack on 5lbs of mass. Not sure it's still worth running another 3 weeks:(

How is hunger? If good then liver is fine, it's up to you whether or not you can deal with these sides. I think a cleaner diet would help, but you'll want a decent amount of carbs for muscle gain. Maybe alternate keto days with low fat / high carb days. Removing carbohydrates always has me sleeping like a baby that same day. But you'll want carbs on training days, for reasons I hope I don't have to explain

Remember to stay active as well, try not to sit around on computer all day

Cheated last Saturday at the movies and ate a huge bucket of salty popcorn and huge diet soda. Appetite is still solid. Still training 6 days a week with Sundays doing sprints in the pool. Diet is 40% protein, 40% lg carbs, 20% fat for the most part. Oats in the morning, yams and brown rice during the day. Started taking a NAC this week for the liver. Libido is still holding up well. Felt a significant raise in lethargy these last two days. Could be mixture of drol and this cold I have.
I'm tempted to discontinue the drol( effects got me thinking too much) and just run anavar with the test e/deca until week 14. Or should I finish the drol(3 more weeks) and run var for last 4 weeks?

This sounds ideal, if body fat is good maybe increase fats a little for more calories, go for animal fats, so basically get your protein from a fattier source of meat it will help with the bad feels.
Keep the cheat day once a week as well, it will help a lot
