breezy's training, supplementation, and food log

I wasn't a fan of their dressings either, but I didn't know there were other products.

I have yet to find someone who didn't like their pancake and dessert syrups, at zero calories its worth checking out

I think I've tried the whole line now.

The pasta sauces are terrible
Peanut butter spreads as well
Not big on their dressings

Definitely agree their syrups rock. And the choc/caramel dips.

Their BBQ sauce is really good as well, if you haven't tried that out yet

I haven't tried the pasta or BBQ sauce (I'll grab some, since you like it), but was disappointed with the PB spread as well. There were a couple of dressings that I didn't mind, but none that I actually enjoyed.

The BBQ sauce has a strong, good smokey hickory taste.

Honestly don't know how they do it with no carbs and low sodium. Very happy you introduced me to the line.

Following your log intro'd me to SuperCissus and saved my joints as well.

Sounds delicious.

Haha no problem bud. I appreciate the continued support.

SuperCissus is a lifesaver for me as well. It's amazing how much of a difference it's made.

Shame we dont have TJ's north of the border.

First time I have seen their products goKix.. that said, I will probably notice them everywhere now lol

Ditto to the pancake syrup...let's be honest though their speculoos cookie butter is number 1. I brought some back home with me and just ran out...need to restock.

Super Cissus did for me what fish oil at high doses couldn't. Picked it up after breezy's Versa-1 log and has been a staple ever since.

Walden Farm products aren't exclusive to TJ. I find them in local grocery stores.

Yup, I don't think any TJs carry WF. The dressings are next to the bags of pre-washed lettuce and everything else is in the organic section at most grocery stores.

Cookie butter is fantastic. I should grab some before I'm deep into prep.

Awesome to hear, Sam. The combo of fish oil and the joint complex in Orange Triad wasn't enough to alleviate any of my (serious) elbow pain either. I'm getting a lot of great feedback on SuperCissus lately. A woman that I work with just ended a conference call by thanking me for the bottle I gave her. She said that yesterday was the first time in years that she could shovel her driveway without pain.

I'm about to hit the gym for a back session.

How many weeks out are you from your next comp?

I'm back! Just realised I hadn't resubbed after deleting my subscriptions

How many weeks out are you from your next comp?

I believe 16 weeks from this past Saturday. I've already done more direct ab work in the last 2 weeks than I did all of last prep lol. I'm considering doing Physique and BB at this show, so I'll probably be hitting legs hard throughout prep. I also plan on using Meadows' programs for quite a while. It looks like I'll have the option of training 7 days per week (depending on how I feel) and hitting everything twice besides arms, once I finish my current program. I'm excited. :)

Welcome back buddy. It's good to have you following, as always.

:D

Good to see you junping back into another comp. Definitely made waves at the last one

Thanks Jiigzz. It'd be nice to have more time to add some size, but I think I'll be stepping on stage a little bigger.

I'm in for another hockey fan aka the greatest game on earth!

The only hockey that is aired here is field hockey. Its just not the same

It's a great game! I started in kindergarten and played through College. After I played on a men's league for a couple years, now just pick up/rat hockey when I have some free time.

Another hockey player checking in!

Breezy these workouts look ridiculous. Getting a lot of new exercises from your log. How long do your sessions usually take you?

That sounds awesome.

Nice. I've played since a young age as well. I don't play as much as I'd like to anymore though.

Sweet. Thanks for stopping in man.

Great to hear. They can take anywhere from 45 mins to 2+ hours. Most are between 1-1.5 hours though.

That sounds awesome.

Yup, I can't wait.

Sharks actually. Grew up in San Jose until 8th grade. Can't stand the Avs haha

I liked the Avs the year that Bourque won the cup. :D

Nice! I always liked Sakic, and of course when the Avs won the cup with Bourque on the blue line I was pretty happy for him..

Same here. You beat me to it.

I think my favorite NHL moment was when Sakic handed the cup to Bourque. I liked the Avs back then but moving out here and having to listen to the Avs play by play and color team makes it hard to like them. They are the worst duo in the league IMO

Oh ya? I have always thought the Sabres color commentary was brutal lol

In for Chinese-talk.

google streamhunter (enjoy some NHL or even world hockey)

I may have a looksie. I was watching NFL yesterday; man that game is weird lol.

If you have the Sakic Nordiques jersey and you ever want to sell it let me know! Only if it is an original though:)

Haha I'll let you know. It's an authentic jersey that I got when I went to Montreal and Quebec for a hockey tournament.
