Well. I still felt sick w stomach cramps and have eaten roughly 2k calories in the past 2 days combined... That said I told you guys I wasn't letting this one get away. Warming up my knees hip and back were screaming at 135. Knees got better. Hip didn't get better until the last set. Back hurt the whole time. Same low spot right side at the bottom rib area. Anyways later I popped it by pushing my back into the seat in the leg curl and felt instantly better. Wish I had done that before the squat. So against all adversity I did this today:
D4(skipped 3) w3 c12. Ill bench tomorrow.
Squats. Bw- 194. And this scale is a little heavy. So I'm down 4 pounds.
Squat- bar. 135x7,7. 225x3,3,3 +belt, 290x5, 330x3, 370x3 PR.
+knee wraps. First time using. 225x3, 315x1, 375x3
Hardest part was walking out the weight.
Leg curl 110x10,10, 130x10, 150x5 and the machine let lose on the knee piece and kinda hurt my knee so I quit cause I was pissed.
Abs and BB style bi curls. High rep.
Considering everything going on and being sick and back hurt today was a total success in my mind. Prime example of pushing through adversity and making something good out of a bad situation. I think I would have hit more like 5 reps being rested. Last time I tested my squat max I could only cleanly 1 RM 365 to proper depth. My 385 was a wink too high. I buried these squats. Definitely making progress. This was even 2 days after my deads which is ridiculous. 3 days rest usually leave me beat up for squats.
