Hope you all had a great New Year's, mine was a lot of fun. Hung out with my Landlord and his wife and played cards and Apples to Apples and got way too drunk lol but had a blast, and didn't have to drive anywhere.
Trained bis and tris last night and thinking about training tonight. I got the start of a tattoo on my right pec and it's a little sore but don't think it will keep me away.

Got some band shoulder training in tonight. I slipped on ice walking around my car tonight and landed on my forearm on the hood. It shot a sharp pain up to my shoulder so I figured I'd come home and try to work it out. Went pretty good without pain, although it is sore now. Probably nothing though.

Felt great going in aside from a little fatigue so I switched up my pre and got after it. Instead of listening to my normal playlist, I listened to Metallica's Kill Em All. Imo their best release! Getting my tattoo finished tonight I hope. Fingers crossed it turns out.

Got a little more of my tat done but not completed. Looks like it's going to be awhile. Still need it grey shaded and some touch up. It's basically a heart with a key hole and a key with Daddy's Little Girl on top in a ribbon and Alana Rose on the bottom in two different ribbons wrapped around the key. I'm getting it on my right pec since her heart is on the right :) Looked really cool I paper.

Woke with a a little sensitivity in my right nipple this morning. Thinking it may be from the tattoo, I've never been prone to gyno so I don't think it's that.

Crazy day today. First my pipes froze actually that happened last night but still frozen today, got run over by a car lol actually I was walking behind her at a gas station and she backed into me. Knee is swole haha and pretty sore but it ain't no thang. Then while I'm at work I get a call from daycare that my daughter is throwing up so had to leave early. Was able to train chest this morning however.

Really? Maybe turn on your faucet real low so it's just a trickle and leave it on for the night. That usually helps.

Well fellas I'm down to my last couple of days on T-X3 and Mass HGH. I feel like I have kept a majority of the weight I gained on cycle and strength is actually increasing somewhat. Hit shoulders this morning.

They've actually been pretty sore lately. I figured it was just a matter of time.

For sure. The connective tissue and bursa sacs can only take so much excess load during a short period. The price we pay for some sick gains.
Not to worry though, those joints will heal and feel better just in time for your next bulk cycle. :)

I do get quite a few looks ;) haven't even thought about fighting to be honest. My gym is too inconsistent with mma training and I can't afford the other one.

I'm going to be running Flexible here pretty quick and hoping that alleviates some issues.
 
Finished up yesterday but was so dang sick I didn't get a chance to update. Ended up losing 6 pounds overnight due to a crazy stomach bug. However my weight was 178 before I got sick, so I was actually up 3 pounds from when I started. I didn't train yesterday or today as I just haven't had the energy.

Thoughts on the T-X3, Mass HGH stack
I was very excited to run this stack as I know what Mass HGH could do and I had read very good things about T-X3 so I figured the two of them together should produce very good results. I was correct in my thinking. I kept the weight I had gained, my muscles look fuller and slightly more vascular. My libido stayed strong pretty much throughout. I didn't feel much for strength increases but I didn't feel as though I had lost any strength either. Overall I would say this stack did everything I had hoped it would do and that was to keep the gains I had achieved before starting it. I would definitely recommend this stack!!

Starting DCP 2.0 tomorrow and AMPilean as soon as it arrives. Time to shred up!!!
 
Day 2 today of Formutech Flexible and DCP 2.0. Already starting to feel the sweating effects from the DCP.


Trained today for the first time in a few days due to being sick and just run down physically. Have some joint pain in my left wrist, elbow, and shoulder so very excited to start feeling the benefits of Flexible.

Worked up a great sweat today. Elbow and wrist were a little sore but I did put a lot of stress on them. Shoulder feels pretty good.

I have been eyeing that DCP 2.0.

I love it and couldn't wait to run it again. You should definitely try it. NP has a great price on it. I'm actually considering running FormaSurge with it just for ****s and gigs.

When I used it I basically just took & ate however I wanted; I wasn't on any kind of diet or deficit - I just ate my standard 7 meals a day & had protein every meal. But it was fairly dirty & I still managed not to gain any fat when I otherwise should have. Zero sides or GI issues or anything at all with it; I also didn't get any sweating like Reggie gets on it. But I had lots of carbs with it too. FWIW.

Same here! Last time I ran DCP solo and that's what sold me on becoming a rep for BPS. So to add what looks to be a great fat burner with it....should be showing off the six pack off in no time ;)
