Calves are defnately my weakest link..and this is my moment to bring em up.....

My calves need more work right now. Being an FFB, I have decent size calves right now, about 16" or so. I want at least 17" though :)
 
Day8 weight at 175lbs
Back today
Warmup various light bb rows mixed with assisted chins
Working sets started with BW chins wide grip
BWx12

BWx8 had decent lat pump alredy and couldn't hardly grab the eighth rep!
Next i switched to bb rows

Wasnt feeling it today ..had a sore nauseous throat and that really nessed with my focus so now i went to deads.

U stopped here and was thinkn bout calling it good due to how i was feeling today, was heading upstairs and decided to throw in a few 1 arm DB rows.

Well guys i was sick so finally now have a chance to log again. Lost 4lbs through it all...! so yesterday i weighed 170.6lbs. Chest was menu for yesterday, as this is yesterdays workout
I started with bw pushups, two sets @ 25 reps each. Followed with flat bb benchpress
