The goal was to start (working sets) with a tough 20 and then keep adding weight while continuing to hit 20 reps (with pasuses). I scouted out the nearest trash can after the first set, but luckily didn't need to use it. It's hard to see the depth, but I brought the weight back until I was about to be lifted off the seat. I adjusted the back height after the first set to give me some more room.
