I bought some Burn 24 and the bottle says to take 3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals. Just a couple questions: 1. Is it worth taking before a meal where I'm not eating carbs? 2. Is it worth taking post-workout? Seems like it would be overkill to me. 3. This ties into questions 1 and 2, but would it even be effective/would I see results from mainly using Burn to control weekend binging while using sparingly (maybe 1-2 times a day) during the week?
