Bulk or cut

Libido is sky high. I didn't throw in test cuz I didn't wanna have to worry about estrogen.
200mg test P or E shouldn't have to worry about estrogen or about your dick going limp. Not bashing or hating on you but seems like with tren e as your first cycle estrogen would be the least or your worries

All bases were covered from the jump. Prolactin included. Maybe u should ask questions b4 making assumptions. I'm far from uneducated about AAS. Ask around ijs

As we all know you will be competing in two shows this coming year and eat 5000 cals a day wow maybe you shouldn't advise people on their cycle when you have no experience. Anyone can read forums and studies online nothing beats first hand experience

Well to be fair I am adding test to the the cycle , I've done tren before and I'll be eating 45000 cals a day . Seems maybe overkill as some people say eat 500 over maintenance . But some say don't even count calories just eat as musch as poss lol ???

. Training looks like this . Is this ok to bulk with

Hiit cardio 3x wk in am after shake 20mins

Monday
Shoulders 4 exercises, 3 sets , reps 8
Traps 3 excercises 3 sets Reps 8
Cardio am

Tuesday
Back 4 exercises, 3 sets , reps 8
Biceps 3 exercises 3 sets , 8 reps

Wednesday no weights , cardio am

Thursday
Chest 4 exercises, 3 sets , reps 8 ( eg flat press, incline press, flat flys, incline flys) then next week ( decline press flat press decline flys flat flys)
Triceps 3 exercises 3sets 8reps

Friday no weights
Cardio am

Saturday weights in morning at 9am
Legs covering all parts incl calfs and squats. 4 exercises 3 sets 8-10 reps

Sunday off

Any advice lads ?? Does this work ok ? Are yours similar ?
 
Or big muscle groups 4 sets as apprised to 3 on each exercise ? 10,8,6,4 reps ?

You'll b so anabolic and your endurance will b crazy. You'll b able to do higher volume with the heavy weight u normally do. I'd lift by how u feel, like strength is gonna b nuts and u won't fatigue nearly as fast. Watch I bet you'll do that routine and have to add more cuz you're not sore lol.

At doctors now waiting to get bloods taken . 2 weeks time results . As long as I'm in the normal ranges I'm on it lol
 
An animal physically but I'm an animal mentally already ! Hope I don't lose it lol pull myself together . My diet is in check but not shooting over 4500 yet until on gear lol

Its made me rather psychotic I'm not gonna lie lol. Yeah just wait til u get that appetite increase

Its cuz tren negatively impacts your thyroid. Ppl run like 12.5mg ED or 25mg EOD only for a few weeks b4 pct to normalize their levels. Its not necessary but it wouldn't hurt to do it. Not a significant decrease in T3, just a small decrease.

Lol not with my metabolism. I've gotten leaner, no cardio. My leg days I'm at 5000 calories and for every other muscle I'm over 4000 calories. I count everyday. My maintenance calories was 3000 like almost 30 pounds ago so I knew I'd have to bump them up quite a bit. For example, yesterday I did chest/back and ate 4500.

I'm at 4000 n my maintenance is about 3000 Aswel roughly but all calculators come up different .
As soon as I'm on the gear I'll be up 4500 which is basically an extra mass gainer shake .

One thing on my mind , if i finish training at 8pm i don't want too many carbs but need them after training . You think 50g whey isolate and 25g of express carbs is enough ? If obtained earlier in the day is add 50-75g carbs but don't wanna put fat on at nite

I need more fuel on leg days, I need to bring them up the most for competition. I wouldn't worry about it brah, I'd still pound carbs postworkout, even more so on tren cuz it eats them up. I feel hypo so quick if I don't eat enough carbs. Plus 8pm isn't really late, I'd have at em.

So like 50g carbs 50g protein then 10pm 50g casein

Yeah but things r getting more serious now. I'm blasting and cruising from now on. If u plan on going pro that's a must. Cuz otherwise u can't maintain that level of size.

If my test comes back low still after 9 months I may try this s##% out lol

Lol I do whatever I want with my diet depending on my goals. I don't use wet compounds really, so if I wanna bulk I tend to look tighter but if I'm cutting then I'll just get shredded.

Bulk put fat on cut lose fat but tren must be involved

Looks good brah. Caber only has to b dosed e3d though cuz the half life is 3 days.

Ha ha ok mate defo ... I'll get some front shots tomorrow .... Then half way through and at the end !! 4000 cals a day and I'm smashing the gym these days . I've out weight on already on this diet , can't wait to start the jabs
