Not a common problem for most on here. However, I am looking for tips/suggestions/etc. For guys who travel a lot for their jobs. I am 23 years old, in good shape, but not like I used to be. I am not wanting to be a BB anymore haha but I hate feeling fat. I travel damn near every week. I try to lift at local gyms if possible, but many times I am working 12 hours days, and just dont have it in me to drive around trying to find a gym or there just isnt one even near where I am located. I am a traveling salesman btw. My question is what do people do in this situation? I try to eat fairly healthy, and that is the only reason I have not gained weight. Please help with workout suggestions, tips, etc.
