First off I want to thank Formutech Nutrition and TheSwanks for choosing me to log this product. I logged a 10 day sample of the powder and it was amazing, and I know that the pill form will produce the same results. I am 5'8" 179 pounds on a forever cut. Eating 2,400 cals a day macros are 175p/240c/80f. Squat day is next on the menu for me, will post up either today or tomorrow.

Welcome guys! I took 1 cap in the late morning yesterday and another cap about 5 hours later. Took one upon waking this morning and I surprisingly don't feel much! I have been off of stims for a couple months or so. We will see how my second dose today hits me. Should be hitting the legs after work today.

One full serving is 2 capsules. We just suggest that people assess tolerance first. I am still surprised that you did not feel one capsule. One on an empty still hits me pretty solid.

Tell us how you're dosing, with or without food? How long after waking? Any other stims (coffee, etc?)

I did take two this morning upon waking, I definitely feel like a furnace.. That's for sure. Hit legs yesterday, the workout should be posted in a couple of days or so. It will be a busy weekend for me.

I can tell you from experience the appetite suppression is really good and seems to be more effective with regular use
 
It doesn't seem too bad. I'm used to IF and not eating until like 3-4 pm and I wake up at about 4 am for work.

I've done 24 hours a couple of times without ever feeling hungry. But normally I fast from about 8-10pm until 2-4 pm the next day. It just works best for my schedule and I don't seem to get hungry until around then.

Thanks man. I definitely can feel the heat, I only took one serving yesterday in the morning and felt good. I may take a second serving later today so I can stay up later. I haven't been able to get to a computer to throw up my workouts, but they will be up soon.
 
Dang, that is a long fast. I used to fast from 2000-1200, and those last few hours were horrible. It probably would've been more manageable if I had worked out closer to my feeding.

Yeah, I always thought it would be hard to do. It just got easier and easier, as long as I'm chugging down my gallon of water I'm good. And I usually like to end my fast by working out and then just eating almost all of my calories in one meal.
 
When I first took it. The first 5 minutes it was like I was on fire. Also I sweat like a monster. Love that feel.

Haha nice!! Should be adding 3 workouts today. Weight is at 176.6. Almost 3 pounds down from Friday ?

Wow no answer for that and honestly the first time we have heard anything like this. Normally we get the it is 2AM and I am still up emails what should I do!! I took two capsules at 3:30 and blasted the gym. It was cardio day and I am still jacked wide open.

Yeah, I wish that was the case today. And I forgot to bring a second dose to work, will have to pop them as soon as I get home. A bunch of errands with the gf today.
 
I'm Trying to figure out if I should start a new program. Just bench press, squat and dead lifts every other day. More volume than usual. Maybe like 4-5 sets for each exercise.

the compound movements really do get 90% of what you want. the accessory lifts are just that: accessories.

Yeah, I'm having a feeling that's what I'm going to go with. Maybe have 1 accessory day a week, but I'm cutting so I know I'm not necessarily going to be growing anyways.

How many hours of sleep did you have? I have to admit, sometimes I get overcaffeinated with a product where instead of getting hyper I get tired but never the case with Level II or Volatile for that matter.

In the ballpark of 3-5 hours, which is how much I usually get every night. Maybe it was just a fluke, who knows.

only 3-5 yikes. i get 5-6/night and do well on that but i def couldn't do any less
