Beverly Hills cop wasn't really funny. Good movie thou. Young Frankenstein I didn't care for... And anchorman was great but I didn't laugh the first time I saw it. After a few times I started to really like it.

PTA was laughs all round with a true story line and a family movie at the sane time

Good scenes but I didn't laugh hard at sm. I'm a fan of the movies, hell my ring tone is the theme song. But they weren't really funny IMO

My vote for funniest movie goes to Liar Liar. I may be all by myself, but I love over-the-top Jim Carrey.

I'd have to watch that one again to compare the two. Don't have to watch Liar Liar again, though. I used to watch that daily when I was a little kid. Jennifer Tilly's boobs. "Yeah, in your bra!"

Banded Facepull/Low Pulley External Rotations

So, after some hard as fück soft tissue work and band tractions with a superfriend rotating my humerus, I've gained internal rotation and my AC joint feels much much better. I decided to go with a safe/easy shoulder movement just to get some blood moving around again, and if this continues, I'll bench press my explosive day on Sunday.
 
I wish I could say any shoulder movement was easy! I need to do about 15 min worth of mobility and light rotational work just to lift with them at all! Solid work man!!

Thanks brother. Yeah that's what I'm going through now. I took the week off from pressing and that week off did a lot for me. The biggest game changer was last night when I did soft tissue work, but against the wall instead of floor. I felt I was able to open my back up a lot more to hit the tender spots better with the ball.

Great movie, although, I've always really liked Bruce Almighty.
 
We may pick different favorites in the "Jim Carrey" category, and I'm fine with that. It shows two things: A.) Jim Carrey is fantastic. And 2.) All of his best movies devolve into him going bananas in front of the camera with some attempt at constructing a plot around him. I'm fine with that.
