Napalm is turnin into a bodybuilder... j/k brother, this work will do ya good. How is your leg drive with benching now?

Blech, I'm just doing what I have to do. One thing I'm noticing is that I'm losing my tightness on rep like 6-7. The one arm rows will help w that.

I really haven't needed any leg drive yet, I'm still way light. I go through my whole set up like it was a comp bench every time. Pull the bar out, set it to upper abs so I'm coming straight down, shyt like that. I've been moving my feet around to experiment a little.

I personally think it is hard to stay tight on high rep sets, too. Shoulder comes up a hair, slide up the bench a little, whatever.

Just got back from the surgeon, no squatting for at least another month. He's concerned that I may have some fraying at the site of the lower tear, close to where it inserts on the calcaneus.

He wants me rest it another month, then we might try poking the whole area with a needle under anesthetic to stimulate the healing process. The other thing we might try is PRP, platelet rich plasma injections.

I'd try the PRP today, but insurance doesn't pay for it. Thanks doc for telling me I gotta come up w 1k out of pocket and I ain't even done Xmas shopping yet...

Dude, tell the wife this is part of my Xmas gift. Thanks babe

Your gtg then

R lee ermey was born for that role. I heart the first ten minutes of that movie. I'm sure smoker has never seen it...

Boot camp part was cool. Rest of the movie was just ok IMO. Platoon is the best Vietnam movie IMO. And yes not apocalypse now ... I don't like that... 45 min if driving a boat...

Someday you're gonna make a kid. That scares me.

That will be a great day my man.

I may no like the movies I mentioned but best war movies for me are in no order

Black hawk down
Saving p Ryan
Platoon.. Goat

Band of brothers

I get paid to do that. Full Metal Jacket is far better than Platoon. Napalm-I'll just draw out some of my plasma and shoot it into your foot, yeah? I'll charge you 50 bucks.

I disagree man. Charlie sheen is way better.

And that's cool you drive a boat, but I wouldn't want to sit and watch you driving it around for. 45 min talking in this weird voice

There's this movie, it's called apocalypse now, I hear it's pretty good...

he was an actual Gunny before playing around in Hollywood

Nah he's an honorary Gunny. He was a drill instructor though.

I remember reading that they just wanted to use him to help out the actors, but he said he wanted the role so badly that he video taped himself spitting out all those quotes while a tennis ball machine kept pegging him over and over while he stood at PoA and showed the director or some shít.

Can't you just inject your next TRT dose into your foot instead to "stimulate the healing process"?
