1st meet, naty female, 250 Squat, 330DL

This is my girl, her first meet. Upper body requires a lot of work still, she cranked out an earth shattering 90lbs :) But, hey we all have strengths and weaknesses. She is the queen of lower body in my opinion. What you guys think?

Keep it respectful, or get lost.

Squat 250lbs
Bench 90lbs
Deadlift 330lbs

Those are definitely great lifts. My girlfriend competed recently for the first time, hitting a 80 lb bench. Women don't seem to be born with the bench gene lol.

Haha not at all. Like I tell her, nothing to beat yourself up about. We aren't all good at everything, some things gonna take more time to improve then others.
 
Man I think shes gna give ya a run for your money lol, glad shes doing so well and im sure its fuel for you as well!
